The Influence Of Basic Medical Insurance On The Happiness Of Chinese Residents

The report to the 19th national congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)pointed out that the primary goal and mission of the CPC is to quest happiness for the Chinese people and make honorable history with people,and always take the people’s aspiration for a better life as the goal.President Xi proposed to build a well-off society in an all-round way in 2020,the people already gradually can solve the problem of food and clothing,people’s life demand has been transformed into the health and spiritual demand has increased,apparently as a basic national policy in our country’s social medical insurance system in which important role,and further deepen the reform of the medical insurance system,is committed to deeper to satisfy people’s demand for health,both to push ahead with speed and advancing the quality at the same time,gradually become a major policy of governing the country.In recent years,happiness appears in our life from time to time.People’s pursuit of happiness is more and more profound.People are not only satisfied with material needs.As a comprehensive evaluation index,happiness can not only evaluate the operation of China’s medical insurance,but also further evaluate the fairness,security level and welfare changes of medical insurance,which can comprehensively reflect China’s medical insurance system.This paper first analyzes the concept of subjective well-being based on the existing literature on well-being,and then mainly introduces the current development of medical insurance in China.Then,based on CGSS2015 data,the influence of social medical insurance on residents’ subjective well-being was studied from the two indicators of social basic medical insurance and residents’ satisfaction with medical services.Regression analysis through the establishment of orderly Logistic model,come to the conclusion that to participate in social insurance of primary medical treatment as well as to the social medical service satisfaction significantly affect people’s happiness,and to participate in social insurance of primary medical treatment and medical service to the society of satisfaction for every promotion unit,so happiness increase 34%and 32%respectively,and the towns and countryside in classification and regression,found in cities and towns and rural areas to participate in social insurance of primary medical treatment as well as to the social medical service satisfaction significantly affect people’s happiness,but rural residents to urban residents relatively happier.In order to pass the sanity and effectiveness of the model,this paper using the endogenous test tend to score matching model,endogenous inspection again after the robustness test,the above conclusion is stable and effective,through the method of BK intermediary effect after inspection,it is concluded that the evaluation of public service,compared with others of economic status and the evaluation of their own mental health and physical health and happiness are in medical insurance intermediary effect between,among them,for the convenience of public services and adequacy play an even more crucial intermediary effect.Therefore,if residents want to improve their happiness,they should not only participate more in social insurance,but also play a bigger role of the government,so that residents can have better satisfaction with the convenience and adequacy of public services...
