Analysis And Empirical Study On The Influence Of Basic Medical Insurance On Happiness

The party and the country are paying more and more attention to the happiness of the people.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee proposed to bring people’s well-being to a new level during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period.It also proposed the major task of perfecting the social security system.It also proposed that we should solve the pain points,unblock the blockage points,and improve the people’s sense of access to medical insurance,happiness and security.In the new historical period,in order to make the medical security work better enter a new stage of development,we should implement the new development concept,construct a new development pattern,focus on safeguarding people’s health,and strive to achieve highquality development.In the process of our socialist modernization,in order to protect people’s health and better improve people’s happiness,we must improve the medical system.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the impact of basic medical insurance on the well-being of Chinese residents,which can provide policy reference for improving the well-being.Starting from the background of prominent social contradictions and increasing residents’ well-being requirements,this paper expounds the theoretical and practical significance of studying basic medical insurance on well-being.Through the analysis of the research status quo,theoretical basis and mechanism at home and abroad,six assumptions of this paper are obtained.In the empirical research part,based on the processed survey data,the related variables are first analyzed in a descriptive way,and then the ordered Probit regression model is selected to test the direct effect of basic medical insurance on happiness.Then,using SPSS 22.0 software,through the hierarchical regression method and Bootstrapping test method,the chain mediating effect of fairness and security is tested.Finally,using SPSS 22.0 software for hierarchical regression,test the moderating effect of individual annual income on the relationship between fairness and well-being,and the moderating effect of individual annual income on the relationship between security and well-being.Through the regression analysis of 9,155 data,the six hypotheses proposed in this paper are verified:basic medical insurance has a positive impact on happiness;The mediating variables of fairness and security play a chain mediating role in the impact of basic medical insurance on happiness.Personal annual income has a negative moderating effect on the impact of sense of fairness and security on happiness.Finally,based on the realization of the goal of providing better services for the public,according to the relevant research results,combined with the reform practice of basic medical insurance,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are provided for the basic medical insurance system.
