Clinical Control Study Of Jieyu Tianxiangdan Decoction In The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease With Depression And Anxiety Disorder

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jieyu Tianxiangdan Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease with depression and anxiety disorder.Methods: 60 patients who met the standard were randomly divided into two groups(30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the treatment group).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.On this basis,the treatment group was treated with Jieyu Tianxiangdan Decoction for four weeks.The changes of anxiety and Depression Scale(had),TCM symptom score,quality of life assessment scale(WHOQOL-BREF),inflammation index hs-crr and IL-6 were observed before and after treatment.Spss26.0was used for statistical analysis,P < 0.05.Results: After treatment,the anxiety and depression of the patients in the two groups were improved.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%,and that of the control group was 70%.The treatment group was better than the control group.The two groups improved in chest pain,chest distress,insomnia,dreaminess,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The quality of life of the two groups improved after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in safety index between the two groups(P > 0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion: Jieyu Tianxiangdan exemptive decoction is effective in the treatment of coronary heart disease with depression and anxiety disorder.It has significant effect in improving anxiety,depression,clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and quality of life.It is safe and has no adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application.
