Tianxiangdan Intervention Dirty MirRNA-155 Expression Of Phlegm Obstruction Syndrome Of Coronary Heart Disease Research

Objective: To explore the characteristics of distribution of TCM symptoms of obstruction of heartache in xinjiang and related risk factors,research mirRNA-155 in xinjiang obstruction of heartache in the different symptoms distribution to express the change of the quantity.providing effective theoretical basis for the Tianxiangdan to treat of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods: Using traditional Chinese medicine theory,through the questionnaire survey method,60 cases of patients with syndrome and related risk factors of epidemiological investigation.60 patients were divided into three groups,there are healthy control group,based in treatment group and Tianxiangdan group,enery group have 20 cases.Using Real-time PCR quantitative detection mirRNA-155 express the change of the quantity,and compare to each other.Results: The obstruction of heartache justification of element distribution in xinjiang to phlegm turbidity and blood stasis.Dirty phlegm syndrome in patients with coronary heart disease coronary lesions quantity highest proportion of double branch lesions,the highest proportion of moderate severity pathological changes,the highest proportion of type B lesions;And dirty phlegm syndrome in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)in plasma miR-155 expression quantity and negatively correlated with coronary artery disease in;Healthy controls and dirty phlegm syndrome of coronary heart disease group,miR-155 in plasma express the amount raised obviously,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);After treatment,Tianxiangdan group compared with western medicine foundation treatment group,the plasma miR-155 expression in quantity is significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Plasma miR-155 expression in quantity and negatively correlated with Gensini score.Conclusion: mirRNA-155 in dirty phlegm syndrome in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)express clear cut,is a protective factor of atherosclerosis.Dirty phlegm syndrome coronary heart disease,coronary artery disease in is given priority to with double branch,moderate,the B type lesion.Dirty phlegm syndrome in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)plasma miR-155 expression quantity reduced according to the coronary artery lesions aggravated.Tianxiangdan can significantly cut the expression of miR-155 in plasma volume,to some extent inhibit inflammation,delay the development of atherosclerosis,improve angina.
