Clinical Observation Of Yiyuan Zhuanggu Paste For Primary Osteoporosis

Objective : To observe the clinical efficacy Yiyuan Zhuanggu plaster on patients with primary osteoporosis of liver and kidney yin deficiency type,and exploring the clinical effect of Yiyuan Zhuanggu plaster on treating primary osteoporosis of liver and kidney yin deficiency type.Methods : 66 cases of primary osteoporosis patients included in the Fourth Clinical Medical College of Xinjiang Medical University;The patients were randomly divided into the experimental group with static zoledronic acid + calci D orally combined with Yiyuan Zhuanggu plaster(produced by Huanghe Road Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital)and the control group with static zoledronic acid + calci D orally.Observe and record the TCM symptom score,VAS pain score,bone turnover markers and other indicators before and after treatment in the two groups of patients,and then integrate the relevant data for statistical analysis.Results: Six patients fell off in both groups.The statistics:(1)In terms of efficacy of TCM syndromes:After treatment,compared with the control group,the test group can significantly improve the TCM syndromes,and the effect of the TCM syndromes in the test group is better than the control group;the test group: 5cases were cured,15 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective,and 3 cases were ineffective;the control group: 0 cases were cured,2 cases were markedly effective,18 cases were effective,and 10 cases were ineffective.After statistical analysis,P <0.05.(2)Improvement in pain score:Comparing the improvement of VAS pain scores before and after treatment,both the treatment test group and the control group can improve clinical pain symptoms;The test group was 5.50±1.72 before treatment and 2.93±1.28 after treatment.After statistical analysis,P <0.05.The control group was 5.53 ±1.78 before treatment and 3.77±1.45 after treatment.After statistical analysis,P <0.05..Comparison between VAS pain score groups before and after treatment in the experimental group and the control group: The experimental group was better than the control group in improving pain,the experimental group was-2.57±1.22,and the control group was-1.77±0.86.After statistical analysis,P <0.05.(3)Changes in 25-OH-VD levels:The test group and the control group had no effect on the level of 25-OH-VD before and after treatment.The testgroup was 16.85±4.43 before treatment,17.04±4.13 after treatment.After systematic analysis,P> 0.05;the control group was 15.19±7.37 before treatment.After 14.91±7.2,after system analysis,P> 0.05.Conclusion:The policy of Yiyuan Zhuanggu Cream is clinically effective for primary osteoporosis,it can effectively improve clinical symptoms,relieve pain,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
