The Clinical Observation In The Treatment Of COPD Stable Stage(Deficiency Of Lung And Kidney Qi)Complicated With OP By Pingchuan Zhuanggu Recipe

Objective:To observe the TCM syndrome score,pulmonary function parameters,CAT score,VAS pain score,bone mineral density index and bone metabolism index of patients with osteoporosis treated with Pingchuan-Zhuanggu prescription in the stable stage of COPD(lung and kidney qi deficiency type),and to evaluate its clinical efficacy and safetyMethods:This study selected 70 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient clinic of the first affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine from March 20 1 9 to November 20 1 9.It was randomly divided into 35 cases in the treatment group and 35 cases in the control group.In the course of this clinical study,the patients in the treatment group fell off one case because of the loss of visit,one case was eliminated due to failure of prescribed medication;the control group patients fell off one case because of the loss of visit,and one case was withdrawn because of the aggravation of the disease.Both the treatment group and the control group were treated with basic western medicine(Thiotropium powder inhaler,Caltrate D and Alendronate sodium tablets);The treatment group was treated with basic western medicine therapy combined with Pingchuan-Zhuanggu prescription,and the control group was treated with basic western medicine.The two groups were treated for 3 months.TCM syndrome score,pulmonary function parameters,CAT score,VAS pain score,bone mineral density index,bone metabolism index and safety index were observed before and after treatment in the two groupsResults:1.After the treatment of the two groups,the TCM syndrome score was lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05)2.After the treatment of the two groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group reached 87.88%;the total effective rate of the control group reached 72.73%;And there were statistical differences between the two groups in the curative effect of TCM syndromes(P<0.05)3.There was no significant difference inFEV1,FEV1/FVC and FEV1%pred of pulmonary function parameters between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05)4.The CAT score was lower after treatment in both groups than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05)5.The VAS pain score decreased after treatment after the treatment of the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05)6.After treatment,there was no significant difference between lumbar spine and femoral neck bone density group and group(P>0.05)7.The PINP of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The β-CTX of the two groups was lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05)8.There was no significant abnormal change of safety index before and after treatmentConclusions:1.Pingchuan-Zhuanggu prescription can improve the TCM syndromes of patients with COPD stable stage(lung and kidney qi deficiency type)combined with OP,and improve the curative effect of TCM symptoms2.Pingchuan-Zhuanggu prescription has no obvious advantage in improving the pulmonary function of patients with COPD stable stage(lung and kidney qi deficiency type)complicated with OP3.Pingchuan-Zhuanggu prescription can obviously improve the exercise endurance and quality of life of patients with COPD stable stage(lung and kidney qi deficiency type)complicated with OP4.Pingchuan-Zhuanggu prescription can relieve the pain of the back and bones of the OP in the stable stage of COPD(lung and kidney qi deficiency type)5.Pingchuan-Zhuanggu prescription can improve bone metabolism in patients with COPD stable stage(lung and kidney qi deficiency type)with OP,but it can not significantly increase the bone density of lumbar vertebrae and femoral neck6.Pingchuan-Zhuanggu prescription is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with COPD stable stage(lung and kidney qi deficiency type)complicated with OP.
