Clinical Study Of Jianshenqianggu Cream Side In The Treatment Of Primary Osteoporosis

Objective : Through the evaluation of clinical curative effect of jianshenqianggu cream side in the treatment of primary osteoporosis clinical efficacy,as to provide a clinical thinking of Chinese medicine treatment of the disease,and ultimately provide clinical reference and basis for the Chinese medicine health kidney strong bone paste prevention and treatment of primary osteoporosis.Methods:In this study,all in accordance with the criteria for the diagnosis of primary osteoporosis cases were derived from orthopedic outpatients and inpatients collected in affiliated Ruikang Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese medicine in patients with a total of 92,random number table 92 patients were randomly divided into jianshenqianggu cream side and Caltrate D treatment group and Xianlinggubao Capsule plus Caltrate D control group,46 cases in each group.Before treatment and after treatment with 3 months respectively for bone mineral density(BMD),clinical efficacy,TCM syndromes and symptoms score,visual analogue scale(VAS)and bone metabolic markers to evaluate the effect of within group and between group and statistics the incidence rate of adverse reaction,to determine the clinical efficacy.All data using statistical software SPSS22.0 for processing.Results : All patients enrolled in the study in terms of age,gender,disease duration had no significant difference with comparable.The actual observation of 86 cases,a total of 6 cases of loss,the total loss rate was 6.52%.jianshenqianggu cream side group the clinical curative effect of the total efficiency was 88.10%,the control group,the total efficiency of 79.55%,two groups of the total efficiency of no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05);jianshenqianggu cream side group the curative effect of TCM syndrome total efficiency was 95.34%.In the control group,the total effective rate was 90.91%,two groups of TCM syndrome curative effect no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).jianshenqianggu cream side Party group and the control group were improvement after treatment of TCM syndrome and VAS score in both groups,but the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The jianshenqianggu cream side group and the control group were improved after the treatment of ALP,BGP and PINP and CTX biochemical markers of bone metabolism,two groups in the improvement of ALP and BGP compared were not statistically significant(P > 0.05);and two groups in the improvement of PINP and CTX compared was statistically significant(P < 0.05),jianshenqianggu cream side group in improving the PINP and CTX is better than the control group.jianshenqianggu cream side group and the control group can effectively improve the treatment bone mineral density values,the two groups compared with no statistical significance(P > 0.05)and normal jianshenqianggu cream side group adverse reactions occurrence rate was 16.67%,11.36% in the control group,the adverse reactions of the two groups differences occur no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Two groups in the use of Caltrate D,jianshenqianggu cream side in improved clinical efficacy,TCM syndromes,TCM syndrome and VAS score,ALP,BGP and Xianlinggubao capsule effect,in the improvement of PINP and CTX than Xianlinggubao capsule.jianshenqianggu cream side can be used in the prevention and treatment of primary osteoporosis.
