Clinical Observation For Treatment Of Primary Osteoporosis By Jianpiyiqi Cream

Objective:Through the Clinical application of primary osteoporosis by Jianpiyiqi cream,we can observe the clinical effect,the cure rate and effective rate so that it can provide objective evidence for Chinese medicine clinical treatment of primary osteoporosis.Methods:Select 70 patients who meet the spleen deficiency syndrome type of primary osteoporosis and inclusion criteria from three districts and clinics of Rui Kang affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese medicine Orthopedic Department.According to a random number table,we divided these 70 patients into two groups: 35 cases in the treatment group and 35 patients in the control group.The treatment group will use alendronate tablets combining with Jianpiyiqi cream;the control group will use alendronate tablets simply.This treatment course will take eight weeks,two courses later,symptoms were observed before and after treatment for these two groups of patients with primary osteoporosis,and also using bone mineral density detector,VAS pain score,serum calcium and evaluation of serum phosphorus to calculate the non-performing rate occurred during treatment between two groups,all the data is analysis and processing through a statistical analysis software SPSS20.0,evaluating the effect of two groups to see whether there are significant differences.Results : The symptoms and signs of two groups of patients who are wet storm with primary osteoporosis have been significantly improved After treatment.(1)The total effective rate of the treatment group which used Jianpiyiqi cream and alendronate was 91.4%,however,the total effective rate of the control group which used alendronate-treated simply was 62.9%.The effective of the treatment group is significantly higher than that of the control group,which indicates that using Jianpiyiqi cream and alendronate is a better treatment for primary spleen osteoporosis.(2)The Symptom scores of the control group and the treatment groups have decreased after 8 weeks of treatment and 16 weeks of treatment,after 8 weeks of treatment the effective of the treatment group is better than that of the control group,after 16 weeks of treatment,the clinical effect of the treatment group significantly better than that of the control group,P <0.05.The treatment group can better ease spleen deficiency syndrome patients with primary osteoporosis of lower limb weak,spontaneous sweating,heavy limbs,back pain and other clinical symptoms.(3)The visual analog integrator showed two groups of patients getting clinical effect after 8 weeks of treatment and 16 weeks.The clinical effects are not very significantly after 8 weeks,but it is obviously showing the treatment groups is better than the control group after 16 weeks of treatment.The combination therapy of Jianpiyiqi cream and alendronate shows a significant clinical effect to alleviate Deficiency type of primary osteoporosis as well as low back pain and other symbols.(4)The bone mineral density for Lumbar spine(L2-4)and femoral neck for the patients in the control group has no significant improvement after 16 weeks treatment.Simply using alendronate also has no obvious osteoporosis clinical effect on improving primary bone mineral density for Deficiency type.BMD of the patients in the treatment group did not improve after eight weeks of treatment.But after 16 weeks of treatment,the bone mineral density for lumbar spine(L2-4)and the femoral neck two locations of the patients in the treatment group has little improved than treatment before.It shows Jianpiyiqi cream combining with alendronate takes a long time on improving Deficiency osteoporosis,but comparing the treatment group and the control group,it can better improve bone density and increase bone strong resistance for the patient with the spleen deficiency syndrom.(5)Serum calcium and phosphorus in the control group and the treatment group compared did not improve significantly after 8 weeks and 16 weeks treatment,it indicates Jianpiyiqi cream and alendronate cannot make an obvious change for bone biochemical markers in a short time.Conclusion:Using combination therapy of Jianpiyiqitang and alendronate improves the life’ quality of patients with primary osteoporosis,which has more advantages than using alendronate simply on overall pain relief,increase bone density and other aspects.
