Objective: to summarize the theoretical basis and formula rules of professor treatment of chronic kidney disease from the perspective of blood stasis,and to verify the consistency with the academic thought by using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform software,inherit the academic thought,so as to provide theoretical support and empirical reference for improving clinical efficacy.Methods: Through learning from clinical doctor,recording and sorting out the typ-ical cases of significant curative effect of the tutor on chronic kidney disease from th-e perspective of blood stasis,explain the tutor’s understanding ofblood stasis syndrome of chronic kidney disease theoretically,and data mining was conducted on the collecte-d prescriptions with the help of TCM inheritanceplatform software,analyze the prescri ption and medication rules of the tutor in the treatment of chronic kidney disease with the method of promoting blood ci-rculation and removing blood stasis to clear the c-ollaterals,and deduce the new prescription for the treatment of chronic kidney disease(CKD),so as to fo-rm the summary text of clinical experience and academic thought.Results: Professor academic thought on the treatment of chronic kidney disease fr-om the perspective of blood stasis can be summarized as "demoving toxin and activat-ing collaterals,kidney qi recovery".According to the basic pathogenesis of "deficiency in originand enrichment in symptom" and the pathogenesis core of toxic damage to ki-dney and collaterals,chronic kidney disease is divided into seven clinical syndromes:wet blood stasis,water obstruction and blood stasis,wet turbid blood stasis,qi deficie-ncy and blood stasis,Yang deficiency and cold stasis,Yin deficiency and heat stasis,and qi and Yin deficiencyand blood stasis.In the treatment,it is commonly used to cl-ear away dampnes-sand heat,relieve swelling and remove stasis,relieve dampness and remove turbid and remove stasis,nourish qi and remove stasis,warm Yang and rem-ove stasis,nourish Yin and remove stasis,nourish qi and remove Yin and removestas is.Through frequency statistical analysis,it is concluded that the top ten drugs for the treatment of chronic kidney disease are Danggui,Huangqi,Dilong,Huainiuxi,Danshen,Fuling,Shanyao,Zelan,Chaobaizhu,Taoren and five drugpairs with high occurrence fr-equency were obtained through association ruleanalysis,based on the improved mutual information method,8 drug pairs with high correlation were obtained,according to the complex system entropy clustering algorithm,30 core combinations are obtained,and a-ccording to the unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm,15 new prescriptions were obtained.Therefore,it is concluded that the mentor’s understanding of the commonly used drugs and drug pair analysis in treating chronic kidney disease from t-heperspective of blood stasis is consistent with his view of "demoving toxin andactiva-ting collaterals,kidney qi recovery".Conclusion: professor believes that dampness,heat,blood stasis and deficiency ca-n lead to blood stasis,blood stasis is not only the pathological product of various ch-ronic kidney diseases,but also the pathogenic factor affecting the course of the disease,which runs through the course of the disease,therefore,the tutor advocates the me thod of promoting blood circulation and resolving blood stasis throughout all stages of the treatment of chronic kidney disease.Therefore,the tutor advocates the method of p--romoting blood circulation and resolving blood stasis throughout all stages of the treatment of chronic kidney disease,and compatibility clearing heat and promoting,diure-sis reinforcing qi and nourishing blood,clearing away heat and toxic materials,warming yang to promote diuresis,expelling wind and dredging collat and other drugs,It has cer-tainadvantages in the treatment of chronic kidney disease,and its prescription has cert-ain rules,which can be operated and inherited.
