Objective:1.Literature reviews: based on literatures and materials of SPID collected,Medicine law based on data mining.2.Clinical research:Clinical effect were observed for SPID treatment using the prescription of Pen Yanxiao to provide basis for SPID treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:1.Literature reviews: literatures of last ten years about SPID were collected.Analysis based on TCMISS.2.Clinical research: 30 patients take oral medication using before-and-after study.The clinical efficacy were evaluated via clinical signs and symptoms observed before and after treatment.Results:1.Literature reviews: Frequency of drug,four properties and five tastes and channel tropism were obtained through the analysis of the 96 prescriptions,123 taste drugs.41 medicine pairs,31 core combinations of3 chinese medicine with recessive rule.2 core combinations of 4 chinese medicine,7 potential new prescriptions.2.Clinical research: the prescription of Pen Yanxiao shows effective in treatment for SPID.Conclusions:1.Based on literatures and materials of SPID collected,Medicine law based on data mining.2.The effective rate that the prescription of Pen Yanxiao cure the sequela of pelvic inflammatory diseases with qistagnation and blood stasis is as high as 86.67%,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and local signs as well as the cleanliness of vaginal secretions and improve the immune status of patients and so on.
