The Study Of Professor Shunmin Li’s Experience At Treatmenting Chronic Kidney Disease Base On Data Mining

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) has the characteristic of high disease incidence, high mortality, low awareness and low control rate, which has become a serious public health problem all of the world. In China,the incidence of CKD is about 10.8%, The total number of patients is around 120 million. CKD is one of proceeding and developing disease, and develop to end-stage renal disease(ESRD). Since 2000, the patients that accept renal replacement treatment continued to grow by 11 percent each year, therefore, Early prevention,slow the progression of CKD is vitally important. At present, to treat CKD are mainly based on control primary disease, corrected reversible factors, prevented the complications and renal replacement treatment. But the effectiveness is not satisfactory. Professor shunmin Li is good at treating CKD via combination of TCM and western medicine, is significant for inheritance and development of the TCM in prevention and curing CKD.ObjectiveTo statistical analysis Professor Li’s medical case at treating CKD through data mining, and to discuss the future of Professor Li’s laws of medicine application, enrich and expand clinical ideas at treating CKD via combination of TCM and western medicine.Methods1. Collecting medical case:567 cases of patients that come from information center of Shen Zhen Hospital of TCM were collected, which includes 202 chronic nephritis,49 nephritic syndrome,47 urolithiasis and 269 chronic renal failure.2. Data integrating:567 cases translated into documents format, and save them with ANSI format. Using special tool to extracte information from the text and save it as Microsoft SQL Server format.3. Visualization:Damp the noise in the data, that we can obtain the outcome of one dimension and two dimension, exploit Cytoscpe 3.1 software make two dimension outcome visualization,applies our professional knowledge to summary analysis the outcomes.4. Result analysising:Using three wire form and network diagram to show the outcome of one dimension and two dimension, if a Chinese medicine in the centre of the two-dimension network diagram,that’s mean the more frequently used of the medicine. Which can objectively reflect the future of Professor Li’s laws of medicine application.Results1. In the 269cases of chronic renal failure,125 kinds of Chinese medicine were used, there are 13 kinds of them frequency is greater than 100, through the two-dimension network diagram, we can see that Professor Li’s core drugs application of chronic nephritis are Astragalus, Yam, Cistanche, Folium Perillae, zhigancao, Gorgon, Rheum officinale, Radices rehmanniae, Cardamom, Salviamitiorrhiza, Alpinia oxyphylla, Peach kernel, Semen coicis.2. In the 202 cases of chronic nephritis,159 kinds of Chinese medicine were used, there are 13 kinds of them frequency is greater than 20, through the two-dimension network diagram, we can see that Professor Li’s core drugs application of chronic nephritis are Astragalus, Yam, Gorgon, Fructus Corni, zhigancao, Radices rehmanniae, Poria cocos, Rhizoma imperatae, Fructus rosae laevigatae, Stamen nelumbinis, Charred field thistle, Semen coicis, Pseudo-ginseng.3. In the 49 cases of nephritic syndrome,76 kinds of Chinese medicine were used, there are 15 kinds of them frequency is greater than 60, through the two-dimension network diagram, we can see that Professor Li’s core drugs application of chronic nephritis are Astragalu, Yam, Fructus Corni, zhigancao, Gorgon, Salviamitiorrhiza, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Poria cocos, Stamen nelumbinis, Radices rehmanniae, Semen coicis, Rhizoma imperatae, Fructus rosae laevigatae.4. In the 47 cases of urolithiasis,78 kinds of Chinese medicine were used, there are 12 kinds of them frequency is greater than 50, through the two-dimension network diagram, we can see that Professor Li’s core drugs application of chronic nephritis are Semen coicis, liquorice, Rhizoma imperatae, Gallus gallus, desmodium, safflower, Alisma orientalis, Radix Cyathulae, Spora lygodii, Plantago seed, Raphani semen, Chingma abutilon seed, Astragalus.Conclusion1. The basic pathogenesis of chronic renal failure is spleen-kidney deficiency, blood stasis and damp turbidity. Enriching the spleen-kidney, Clearing away the blood stasis and damp turbidity should be the critical step.2. The basic pathogenesis of chronic nephritis is spleen-kidney deficiency, damp and hot, blood stasis. Enriching the spleen-kidney, Clearing away the damp and hot of body, promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis are main treatment.3. The basic pathogenesis of nephritic syndrome is spleen-kidney deficiency, which can come into being blood stasis and damp. In the treatment, we should Enriching the spleen-kidney, removing blood stasis and damp.4. The basic pathogenesis of urolithiasis is spleen-kidney deficiency, and mixture with the damp and hot, blood stasis, Qi stagnation. Basing on the theory of Spleen-kidney Correlative, the mainly treatment are Enriching the spleen-kidney, free strangury and disperse stones.
