China is in the stage of rapid aging society.The phenomenon of“accelerating the aging process,empty nesting” and “not getting rich first” has become a major social problem in China.In today ' s social background,the problem of old-age care has become more prominent.With the recent years of pension With the support of policies,the old-age institutions have emerged,and the old-age institutions have also gained more and more favors and choices from the elderly.This study mainly uses the thinking method of service design,uses its methods and tools,analyzes the status quo of information services in the old-age institutions,summarizes the problems existing in the service of the old-age institutions,and proposes a targeted design strategy.It makes the elderly more fluent and optimized in the process of enjoying the aged care service,and obtains multi-level and rich demand and content of aged care servicesBefore investigating the old-age care institutions,analyze the stakeholder groups involved in the information service platform for the aged care institutions,including the elderly,doctors,nurses,administrators,and children of the elderly.Understand the factors associated with the information service platform.Through the investigation process of the old-age care institutions,the environment,equipment and staffing of the old-age care institutions,and related personnel are investigated,and the status quo of the aged-age information service in the old-age care institutions is clearly known,and the relevant needs are summarized.The service platform design cuts the direction.Secondly,through in-depth interviews with service providers and senior citizens in the old-age institutions,the problems existing in the existing services of the old-age care institutions are explored,and the specific needs in the information-based aged care service platform are summarized,and the services are built through the information-based aged care services.System diagram,clear the basic service content and form,integration and optimization to determine the interaction relationship.This research is a practice of service design in the informationization of old-age institutions.It not only completes the practice of information service for the aged institutions,but also enriches the application of service design theory in practice.
