Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Repair System For Medical Information Device Based On WeChat

With the rapid development of Internet and the widespread popularity of smart phones.WeChat has become more and more important in new era.Various professions are actively exploring WeChat services in their own industries.In order to solve the difficult problems,such as maintenance and repair of information devices,the Anhui provincial hospital decided to develop an intelligent repair system that can be convenient repair and orderly maintenance on the mobile WeChat.Therefore,the intelligent repair system for medical information device based on WeChat came into being.The intelligent repairing system for medical information device based on WeChat breaks the traditional single form submission mode.The system not only provides convenient service for repairing staff,but also provides technical support for maintenance staff,thus changing the traditional inefficient way of repair,avoiding the unnecessary waste of time caused by unclear information and limited maintenance level of maintenance staff,and forming a closed loop of repair business,improving the efficiency of repairs and service quality.This paper mainly aims at the above problems and the actual needs of hospital repair business,completes the following work:1.Implementation of data storage.Users can upload text,picture,voice and video to reflect the problems encountered.Text information can be stored directly in the form of a string,voice,picture,and video are stored in the form of converting the file to binary data.When the file is read,it needs to be restored.2.Implementation of information processing.We need extract the keywords after the repair information is uploaded.In the system,the voice information is directly converted into text by the WeChat speech recognition interface.The text information in the picture is extracted by the Tesserac-ocr.The video information is converted to format and thumbnail extraction by the ffmpeg tool,and extract the text from the video thumbnail.3.Dispatch of maintenance tasks.After the keyword is extracted,a string search algorithm is used to find the matching maintenance staff,and the repair information is pushed out according to the OpenID of maintenance staff.After the repair information is pushed,the similarity between keywords and maintenance cases is calculated by similarity calculation method based on maintenance knowledge base,and the similarity values are sorted.Then the value of Top n is displayed to maintenance staff.4.Construction of the maintenance knowledge base.The maintenance information submitted by the maintenance staff is standardized and stored in the maintenance knowledge database,so as to achieve the accumulation of maintenance knowledge.The system administrator can update and maintain the maintenance knowledge periodically.5.Implementation of data statistics.According to various data that collected by the system,count the number of repairs of various problems and the maintenance workload of maintenance staff,and provide a visual interface for reference by hospital staff.
