Research On The Development Problems And Countermeasures Of Social Medicine In Wuhan

The shortage and imbalance of medical resources has always been one of the main problems in our country's medical system.After the reform and opening up,with the development of market economy and the change of management philosophy,social capital,as a "good recipe" to solve this problem,is put on the agenda to guide it into the medical industry.In 2009,China launched a new round of medical reform,and the state introduced policies one after another to support the development and growth of social hospitals.The social medicine developing work in wuhan has been in the forefront of the whole country.Some social hospitals have achieved good reputation and benefits through the characteristic and differentiated development,and to a certain extent,they have met the medical needs of the people.In spite of this,there is a big gap between the scale and capacity of social hospitals and public hospitals.The study by looking at statistics to understand the development situation of wuhan social medicine questionnaire and interview to collect all the stakeholders to do the evaluation of medical institutions and social development Suggestions,two social office in wuhan hospital for typical investigation,dig deeper into all kinds of problems of the medical development,study the experience at home and abroad for reference,at the same time,discuss the key point of developing social medicine strategy.The study found that some equal treatment polices between social hospitals and public hospitals in wuhan have not been truly implemented.Most social hospitals are short of medical staff,the structure is unreasonable;Some social hospitals have serious homogenous competition,excessive attention to short-term interests,and irregular medical behaviors.The supervision mechanism of social hospitals is imperfect.In the era of health of China's big background,we should create a fairer environment,improve the medical staff strength,strengthen industry connotation construction,improve the comprehensive supervision mechanism to carry out the specific support measures,give full play to the role of social medicine.
