Research On The Optimization Measures For The Development Of Medical Institutions In China

With the growing need for people’s health,public hospitals have become increasingly difficult to meet the multi-level and pluralistic medical service demand,combined with the costs of health increased year by year,the government financial burden is growing.motivating and guiding the social power to run medical institutions,Introducing market mechanism,speeding up the formation,dominated by public medical institutions,the non-government medical institutions joint development of the mode of medical organization with various pattern is imperative.Since China’s reform and opening up,especially since the new reform of health system,China introduced a series of positive policy to promote social power to start medical institutions.A fast increase trend in the number of social capital medical institutions is presented.but with the development of the public hospitals still there exists a large gap,the development environment of our social capital medical institutions to be improved,and the development potential of our social do medical remains to be explored.This study mainly focused on exploring the strategies of optimizing development surroundings of social capital medical institutions.Using the literature research method,PEST-SWOT analysis method,intelligence analysis method,panel discussion method,game theory and other research methods,clear historical development stage of domestic social do medical;Analyse macroscopicly development present situation of Social capital medical institutions;Build a PEST-SWOT analysis model to analyze from 16 dimensions the development environment of our social capital medical institutions,as to provide support for optimizing the development of social capital medical institutions;Analysis stakeholder of social capital medical institutions from the perspective of game theory,demonstrates the reason of lack of policy implementation;Summarize and analyse the current situation,problems and successful experience of the typical domestic provinces and cities,the typical countries and regions developing social capital medical institutions and has carried on the induction summary and provide reference further for optimization of the development environment of social capital medical institutions.
