Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Method Of Invigorating-spleen And Stop-diarrhea On Treating Diarrhea-type Irritable Bowel Syndrome With Spleen Deficiency And Excessive Humidity

Objective: Evaluate the clinical efficacy of method of invigorating-spleen and stop-diarrhea on treating diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome with spleen efficiency and excessive humidity.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2018,68 patients with IBS-D were randomly divided into two groups: observation group(n=34)and control group(n=34).The control group was treated with western medicine "piveronium bromide",and the observation group was treated with method of invigorating-spleen and stop-diarrhea on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks.The response rate of abdominal pain and diarrhea,IBS-SSS scale,quality of life score table,TCM syndrome score and other main curative effect indexes,electrocardiogram,blood routine,liver and kidney function and other safety indexes were observed and analyzed statistically.To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of acupuncture therapy of invigorating spleen and relieving diarrhea.Results:1.A total of 68 patients were included in this study,of which 63 patients completed clinical observation.2 cases fell off in the observation group and 3 cases in the control group.The total rate of shedding was 7.35%.2.Abdominal pain and diarrhea response rate:In terms of abdominal pain,diarrhea response rate,at 2 weeks of treatment,although the patients who received acupuncture combined with pivibromine for invigorating the spleen and stopping diarrhea were superior to those who received oral treatment with piveronium bromide,However,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).At the end of the course of treatment,the response rate of abdominal pain and diarrhea in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and at the same time,it was higher than that in the control group(the response rate of diarrhea was 82.5%,the response rate of abdominal pain was 84.38%,P < 0.05).3.Overall efficacy:In improving the overall symptoms of the patients,the IBS-SSS scale was used to evaluate the curative effect of the observation group after 4 weeks of treatment,and the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).In improving the TCM syndrome of the patients,the overall curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and there was significant difference(P < 0.05).4.Total score of quality of life scale of IBS:After 4 weeks of treatment,the total score of IBS-QOL in both groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P < 0.01).The observation group was superior to the control group in improving the quality of life(P < 0.01).5.In terms of safety:During the treatment,all the subjects had no adverse events,and there were no significant abnormal changes in blood routine,electrocardiogram(ECG),liver and kidney function test and so on.Conclusion:Based on the routine treatment of western medicine,the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with the principle of invigorating the spleen and stopping diarrhea in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome(diarrhea type)with spleen efficiency and excessive humidity syndrome is definite.It can improve the main clinical symptoms and the quality of life of patients.It is a safe and effective treatment method,which deserves further study.
