The Assess Of "Spleen Manifesting In Lips" In Diagnosis And Treatment Of Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome With Spleen Qi Deficiency Syndrome

Objective：Use of epidemiologic methods to study the correlation betweenlips-and-mouths and Diarrhea-predominant Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D) withSpleen Qi Deficiency Syndrome in order to provide the support for clinical treatment.After invigorating spleen and intestinal decoction in the treatment，assess the functionof ‘Spleen Manifesting in Lips’ in diagnosis and treatment of IBS-D with Spleen QiDeficiency Syndrome.Ways：Using the clinical epidemiologic methods，collect150cases of SpleenDeficiency Qi Syndrome Patient clinical data and198healthy college students’ oralcolour and lustre RGB material establish Excel table database to lip colour and lustreand functional indigestion spleen qi deficiency syndrome association analysis, and onone of them to73patients with IBS-D spleen qi deficiency syndrome with lip colourand lustre and change the patients given invigorating spleen and intestinal decoctionin the treatment, observed before and after treatment of patients with symptoms, lipcolour and lustre and RGB value change, using statistical analysis software SPSS19.0.Results:1. In150patients: the sex ratio of1.16:1; the largest Proportion Age distributionin30to39age group (32.67%); The first in line of the course is60months to120 months (39.33%)；The main clinical symptoms with the order: loose stool (100%),abdominal distension (94.67%), the body tired asthenia(81.33%), food less (62.67%),plump tongue(59.33%),Teeth-Printed tongue (57.33%), Bowel vector gas (55.33%),thin and weak pulse (52.67%).2.In150patients with73cases of perioral chlorosis in patients (48.67%), RGBvalue was significantly lower than that of198healthy groups of College Students.3.73cases of perioral chlorosis patient data: In Patients with male to femaleration as1.2:1; the largest Proportion Age distribution in30to39age group (34.25%);the first in line of the course is30months to60months (42.47%); occupationdistribution to technology professionals (mental workers) for the first (30.14%); thehigh degree give priority to (50.67%); the most common etiology is diet diabetes（58.90%）.4. After treatment invigorating spleen and intestinal decoction, the spleen qideficiency syndrome points before treatment is reduced significantly, and significantdifference (P<0.05), lip colour and lustre score, and RGB value the previous markedlyimproved, and significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion:1. Nearly50%of spleen qi deficiency type IBS-D with perioral complexion.There is no obvious differences between female and male in patients.The largestnumber are the patients who have higher education and professional technical work ofthe young and middle-aged.2. After treatment invigorating spleen and intestinal decoction,the spleen qideficiency syndrome points, the clinical symptoms of patients with color and RGBvalue, lips, tongue and pulse were significantly improved, a significant difference(P<0.05).3. This study can be extrapolated to know that the perioral chlorosis can be usedas one of the bases of spleen qi deficiency syndrome of IBS-D.
