To Observe The Effect Of Tiaozhong Yiqi Huashi Decoction On (Deficiency-cold Of Spleen-stomach Type) Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective:Contrast with control group by regular western medicine(Trimebutine Maleate Capsules),treatment of(deficiency-cold of spleen-stomach type)diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome with Tiaozhong Yiqi Huashi Decoction,to clarify the clinical efficacy of Tiaozhong Yiqi Huashi Decoction in the treatment of(deficiency-cold of spleen-stomach type)diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome,objectively evaluate the effective rate and recurrence rate after treatment,to provide reference for clinical practice.Methods :After screening,a total of 78 patients were enrolled in the final group,who will be randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 39 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Tiaozhong Yiqi Huashi Decoction,the control group was treated with Trimebutine Maleate Capsules,four weeks was a course of treatment.,the recurrence rate was evaluated after 4 weeks.Regular further consultation(with a doctor)during treatment.The clinical efficacy of Tiaozhong Yiqi Huashi Decoction was evaluated according to clinical single symptom score,total symptom score,Bristol stool character total score and improved IBS-QOL total score.Results :(1)Single symptom score:The single symptoms after treatment of the treatment group,such as loose stool,loss of appetite,abdominal distention and pain,mental fatigue,fear of cold in the stomach and so on,were compared with those before treatment,there is statistical difference(p <0.05),after treatment,it showed that the clinical symptoms of the treatment group were improved.the single symptoms after treatment of the control group,such as loose stool,loss of appetite,abdominal distention and pain,mental fatigue etc,were compared with those before treatment,exist statistical differences(p < 0.05),the clinical symptoms of the control group,such as loose stool,loss of appetite,abdominal distention and pain,mental fatigue etc,were improved after treatment.After treatment the scores of single symptoms of fear of cold in the stomach in the control group were compared with those before treatment,it is no statistical difference(p> 0.05),It shows that after control group treated with trimebutine maleate capsule there was no significant improvement in fear of cold after treatment compared with before treatment.Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in abdominal distention and pain(p>0.05).The clinical effect of treatment group on single symptoms with poor stool,loss of appetite,mental fatigue,fear of cold was significantly better than that of control group(p<0.05).(2)Total Symptom Integral of Traditional Chinese Medicine:the total scores of symptoms after treatment in the two groups were compared with those before treatment,the difference was significant(p< 0.05),compared with the control group,the improvement effect of the treatment group on the total score of symptoms was significantly better than the control group(p<0.05).(3)Bristol total score of stool traits:before and after treatment,comparing the changes of stool property between the two groups,statistical analysis showed that the difference was significant(p<0.05).The results showed that the stool property of both groups were improved after treatment.The total score of stool property after treatment was compared between the two groups,statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference(p>0.05).(4)IBS-QOL Total score:the comparison of IBS-QOL total scores before and after treatment between the two groups,statistical analysis showed that the difference was significant(p<0.05).It shows that the total score of IBS-QOL increased in both groups after treatment.Comparing the total IBS-QOL scores of the two groups after treatment,statistical analysis showed that the difference was significant(p < 0.05).The total score of IBS-QOL in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group after treatment.Conclusions :Tiaozhong Yiqi Huashi Decoction can effectively improve clinical symptoms of patients with(deficiency-cold of spleen-stomach ty pe)diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome,improve the quality of life of patients,can promote clinical application.
