Clinical Observation On The Affect Of Needle Knife On De-Quervain’s Diseases Treated By Anti-ashi Point And Ashi Points

Objective:The subject observes the clinical effects of Needle knife treatment ashi point and anti ashi point to De-Quervain’s Disease,According to compared with Needle knife treatment ashi point,to provid the clinical evidence for treatments on De-Quervain’s disease with needle knife ashi point and anti ashi point therapy.Methods:60 patients with De-Quervain’s Disease from November 2017 to November 2018 were selected.According to the random number table,the patients were randomly divided into treatment group,which is 30 patients treated with Needle knife treatment ashi point and anti ashi point,and control group,which is 30 patients treated with Needle knife treatment ashi point.All Patients were treated with needle knife on the first day and a week later.the changes of clinical symptoms and the physical signs were observed before and after treatment for 2 times and 3 months after treatment in the two groups.To establish a database on the above data and statistical analysis was conducted to draw conclusions.Results:1.There was no significant difference in the total score of gender,age,duration of disease,clinical symptoms and the physical signs between the two groups(P>0.05).Hence it can be concluded that the two groups are comparable.2.After two treatment,the comparison of the same group between pre-cure and postcure is statistically significant(P<0.01).the comparison in both group of the result in post-cure is stat significant(P<0.01).3.After stopping the treatment for 3 months,the comparison of the same group between pre-cure and After stopping the treatment for 3 months is statistically significant(P<0.01).the comparison in both group of the result in After stopping the treatment for 3 months is stat significant(P<0.01).4.After two treatment,the markedly effective rate and total effective rate of the Needle knife treatment ashi point and anti ashi point group was 86.20% and 96.55%;markedly effective rate and total effective rate of the Needle knife treatment ashi point group was 60.00% and 86.67%.After testing,the treatments in both groups are statistically significant(p<0.05).5.After stopping the treatment for 3 months,the markedly effective rate and total effective rate of the Needle knife treatment ashi point and anti ashi point group was 65.52% and 93.10%;markedly effective rate and total effective rate of the Needle knife treatment ashi point group was 40.00% and 76.67%.the treatments in both groups are statistically significant(p<0.05).6.During the Needle knife treatment,all patients Does not appear untoward reaction such as needle sickness,wound infection and secondary diseases.Conclusion: compared with Needle knife treatment ashi point,Needle knife treatment ashi point and anti ashi point is superior on the short-term and long-term efficacy,and the lower relapse rate.needle knife ashi point and anti ashi point therapy of De-Quervain’s Disease is worth popularizing.
