Objective:This study adopts the method of randomized controlled trial to objectively evaluate the effect of Anti-Ashi point therapy on the acute inflammation of knee synovitis by acupuncture Anti-Ashi point intervention in patients with acute knee synovitis,in order to obtain the evidence of curative effect evaluation and provide more choices for clinicians in the treatment of this disease.Methods:66 patients with acute knee synovitis treated in the hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 33 cases in each group. The observation group was intervened by acupuncture at Anti-Ashi point, and the control group was intervened by acupoint compatibility, which is most commonly used in clinical research. The treatment of both groups was 5 times a week for 2 weeks(10 times in total).Vas visual analogue score,ISOA score, thickness of joint effusion and synovial thickening under ultrasound were used as observation indexes, and the curative effect was evaluated according to the changes of ISOA score before and after treatment.Results:1.VAS score: there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment of the two groups can reduce the pain of patients; The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the observation group was better than the control group.2.ISOA score: the difference of ISOA score between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that both groups can improve the knee function of patients; The difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the observation group was better than the control group.3.Thickness of joint effusion under ultrasound: there was significant difference in the depth of knee joint effusion between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that both groups can effectively reduce knee joint effusion; The difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the observation group was better than the control group.4.Knee synovial thickness under ultrasound: the difference of knee synovial thickness between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05);The difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P< 0.05),indicating that the observation group was better than the control group.5.Clinical efficacy evaluation: after treatment, there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),indicating that the observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.The treatment schemes of the two groups can effectively alleviate the pain symptoms of knee synovitis and improve the knee function, and the Anti-Ashi point therapy is better than the conventional point selection method.2.The treatment schemes of the two groups can effectively reduce the thickness of effusion and thickened synovium of knee synovitis, effectively inhibit the inflammatory reaction, and the Anti-Ashi point therapy is better than the conventional point selection method. |
