| Objective: Through observing and evaluating the clinical effect of needle-knife therapy on De Quervain ’ s disease, this paper discusses the clinical value of needle-knife therapy in treating De Quervain’s disease,to provide basis for clinical treatment. Methods:According to the criteria of diagnosis, inclusion and exclusion,64 patients with De Quervain’s disease were randomly divided into test group and control group,32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug therapy combined with upper limb washing prescription, and the experimental group was treated with needle-knife therapy on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 2 weeks, the range of motion(Rom),the thickness of tunica vaginalis, the NRS score and the MWS wrist function score were recorded before treatment,on the first day after treatment, one week after treatment, one month after treatment and three months after treatment respectively, the pain, satisfaction, range of motion(Rom),strength score and the thickness of sheath were compared between the two groups to evaluate the clinical effect.Result:1.The basic information of the two groups: gender, age distribution,no significant difference(P > 0.05).2.The basic information of the two groups: sex, age, course of disease, distribution of left and right hands, there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).3.Wrist Ulnar and radial range of motion: intra-group comparison: the wrist ulnar and radial range of motion of the two groups were compared with pre-treatment at the first day after treatment, the first week after treatment, the first month after treatment and the third month after treatment, respectively,P & Lt 0.05,the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups at the first day,the first week, the first month and the third month after treatment, the range of motion of ulnar-radial deviation in the experimental group and the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).4.Sheath thickness:There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05),the thickness of sheath in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(p < 0.05).5.NRS score: comparison within the group: the NRS score of the control group and the test group were compared with those before treatment in the first day,the first week, the first month and the third month after treatment respectively(p < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Comparison between the two groups: NRS scores of the two groups before treatment and on the first day after treatment(P > 0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups; There were significant differences in NRS scores between the two groups in the first week after treatment, the first month after treatment and the third month after treatment(p < 0.05)6.MWS wrist function score: the excellent and good rate of the experimental group was 90.3%,and that of the control group was 63.3%,the difference was significant(p< 0.05).Analysis of clinical curative effect: the effective rate of the experimental group was 90.3%,and that of the control group was 83.3%.There was significant difference between the two groups(p < 0.05).Conclusion: Treatment of De Quervain’s disease of radius with Acupotomology can effectively reduce wrist pain, improve wrist function, shorten recovery time and improve quality of life, which is more effective than simple upper limb fumigation and washing combined with oral celecoxib treatment,to provide reference for clinical treatment of De Quervain’s disease of radius. |
