ObjectiveThe new undergraduate nurses were the research objects, using questionnaire survey to investigate and analyze the evidence-based nursing knowledge and skills, attiude and practical level and the need of training. On the basis of literature review and questionnaire survey,an evidence-based nursing training program suitable is for new undergraduate nurses constructed to provide reference for hospitals to carry out evidence-based nursing training.Methods1.Literature Review Method: Review the related literature about the evidence-based nursing education and training, and determine the subject of this study as “study on the status quo of evidence-based nursing of new undergraduate nurses and the construction of training program”.2.Questionnaire Method: From January 2018 to March 2018,143 new undergraduate nurses from one third-grade hospital in Qingdao were selected by convenient sampling method as the research object, and the relevant information was collected by using the evidence-based practice knowledge, attitudes, behavior questionnaires and the general-situation questionnaire as a research tool.On the basis of literature review and questionnaire survey,an evidence-based nursing training program for new undergraduate nurses was established.3.Delphi Method: In order to evaluate the content setting of the above evidence-based nursing training program,we selected 27 experts whose research areas cover nursing management, nursing education, clinical nursing, nursing research. We conducted two rounds of consultation using the Delphi method, and the final evaluation opinions tend to be consistent, and a more reliable clinical training program was obtained.4.Statistical Method: The data were analyzed by Excel 2010 and SPSS 24.0statistical software. The data of questionnaires was expressed by descriptive statistical analysis.Using mean, standard deviation expressed the basic situation of experts. The effective questionnaires rate was used to express the positive coefficient of experts;the authority coefficient was used to express the authority degree of experts;the centralization degree of experts' opinions was expressed by means of index importance assignment mean and full score ratio;and the coordination degree of experts' opinions is expressed by Kendall's W.Results1.The 96% of new undergraduate nurses believed that evidence-based nursing practices were needed in clinical work, and 94% of them believe it was necessary to conduct evidence-based nursing training during standardized training.Their evidence-based nursing practice attitude scored the highest(5.02±1.08)points,while the evidence-based knowledge skills and practice behavior scores were low,(3.98 ± 0.95)points and(4.25±1.17)points,respectively.2.The positive coefficients of experts of the first round and the second round were90% and 100%,respectively.The authority coefficients of experts were 0.865 and 0.875,respectively.The overall Kendall's W were 0.139 and 0.131(P?0.001).3.The clinical training program for evidence-based nursing of new undergraduate nurses was preliminarily constructed, including six first-level indicators, namely, training objectives, training content, training forms, training time, training teachers, evaluation of training results, and extended 31 second-level indicators and 131 third-level indicators.Conclusion1.According to the analysis of the status quo of knowledge-attitude-practice about evidence-based nursing of new undergraduate nurses, the evidence-based nursing attitude of the new undergraduate nurses in clinical practice was positive. However,it was not optimistic for evidence-based nursing knowledge and evidence-based practice level. So,the hospital should strengthen the training on evidence-based nursing for new nurses in undergraduate degree and improve the degree of knowledge-attitude-practice.2.Under the guidance of the knowledge-attitude-practice theory,a set of evidence-based nursing clinical training program was constructed, including training objectives, training content, training forms, training time, training teachers, evaluation of training results.it would be used to strengthen the awareness of evidence-based nursing for new undergraduate nurses and improve their evidence-based nursing practical level. The training program finally formed in this study was reliable and targeted, and had a theoretical reference for the development of evidence-based training for new undergraduate nurses.
