Objectives:1.A questionnaire survey was conducted to cross-sectional survey of evidence-based nursing quality and training attitudes of undergraduate nurses(including full-time undergraduate and follow-up undergraduate)in four tertiary hospitals.Understand the overall level and existing vulnerabilities points of Evidence-based Nursing quality.To provide a theoretical basis for the construction of Evidence-based Nursing training for undergraduate nurses;2.Using the interview method and Delphi method to form evidence-based nursing training contents of undergraduate nurses(including full-time undergraduate and follow-up undergraduate).To provide a theoretical reference for the clinical nursing managers to carry out targeted and systematic evidence-based nursing training.Methods:1.Using the convenience sampling method to extract four tertiary hospitals in ××Province.Using the questionnaire survey to investigate the status quo of evidence-based nursing quality and evidence-based nursing training attitude of 860 clinical undergraduate nurses.To understand the status quo of evidence-based nursing quality and the attitude of evidence-based nursing training.Analyze the influencing factors of evidence-based nursing quality;2.Using semi-structured interview to collect experts' suggestions about the construction of undergraduate nurses' evidence-based nursing training contents.Using the Delphi method to determine the content of evidence-based nursing training for undergraduate nurses.Results:1.Evidence-based nursing practice scale survey results:The overall level of evidence-based nursing quality of clinical undergraduate nurses is low,Most of undergraduate nurses are lack of evidence-based nursing knowledge and skills,Clinical undergraduate nurses evidence-based nursing practice are less,only evidence-based nursing attitude is good;2.Multiple linear regression results: The main influencing factors of evidence-based nursing are the frequency of reading,the level of computer,the publication of papers,and the administrative position;3.Undergraduate nurses are more active in attending evidence-based nursing training,Understand the importance of evidence-based nursing for the development of nursing career,Nursing managers should seize the opportunity to improve the quality of nurses' evidence-based nursing quality;4.Build a systematic content of undergraduate nurses evidence-based nursing training.Conclusions:1.The overall level of evidence-based nursing quality in clinical undergraduate nurses is low.Evidence-based nursing attitude is good.Nurses lack of evidence-based nursing knowledge and skills are the main reason for evidence-based nursing practice barriers;2.Based on the status quo and the experts' suggestions to build the training content for the undergraduate nurses,The training contents includes evidence-based nursing theory knowledge and practice contents,a total of ten chapters and twenty-nine section.
