A Study On The Current Situation And Related Factors Of Core Competence Of Specialist Nurses In A Training Base In Jilin Province

Objective:Through the investigation of the core competence and working environment of specialist nurses in a specialist nurses training base in Jilin Province,this paper will understand the core competence and working environment of special nurses in Jilin Province,and evaluate them scientifically and rationally,and analyze the core competence and working environment of specialist nurses(Such as age,title,working life,etc.)and the impact of the working environment on the core competencies,to explore ways to enhance the core competencies of specialist nurses,and to understand the training needs of specialist nurses and to develop feasible training strategies,To promote the development of specialist care career has a crucial role.Methods:A total of 243 specialist nurses in a specialist nurses training base in Jilin Province were surveyed by census.The general situation of the survey,the Chinese registered nurse core competency scale and nursing work environment scale three parts.The general situation includes the social characteristics of the survey(gender,age,title,etc.)and job characteristics(institutional category,working life,labor form,etc.);Chinese registered nurse core competency scale by clinical care,leadership,interpersonal relationships,ethics With the practice of law,professional development,education and counseling,critical thinking and scientific research seven dimensions of the use of nursing work environment scale,including nurses to participate in hospital affairs,high-quality care services,the ability of nursing managers and leadership,Sufficient human and material resources and health care cooperation in these five dimensions.EpiData3.1 software to establish the database,SPSS17.0 software for data analysis.The data of the classification variables are expressed by the composition ratio,and the numerical variables are described by the mean and the standard deviation.Univariate analysis was performed by t test and single factor analysis of variance.LSD method was used to compare the odds ratio between the two groups.The correlation analysis was performed by Pearson correlation analysis and multivariate analysis using multiple linear regression analysis.Result:1.Core competencies Seven dimensions score from low to high order for critical thinking ability and research,clinical nursing,professional development,interpersonal relationships,education and counseling,leadership and ethics and legal practice.2.Different gender,marital status,working years,part-time and health status affect the core competence of specialist nurses(P <0.05).The total score of "31-35 years old" was significantly lower than that of "36-40 years old" and "?41 years old";divorce or other core competencies were higher than those of married and unmarried groups respectively;More than the core ability of the specialist nurses was significantly higher than the sum of 5 years and below;and the number of specialist nurses with core competencies was significantly higher than that of the group.Significantly higher than good.3.The five dimensions of the working environment are divided from low to high,followed by adequate human and material resources,nurses participating in hospital affairs,nursing managers' ability and leadership,health care and high quality care services.4.Academic qualifications and health status are the factors that affect the working environment of specialist nurses5.The total score of the working environment of the specialist nurses and the dimensions are positively correlated with the core competencies.6.The working environment,working life,divorce or other,part-time approach to the core ability of specialist nurses have statistical significance.
