Epidemiology Of Elderly Hypertension And Analysis Of Chinese Medicine Constitution Status Community-based Patients With In Remission Of Shanmao Intaiyuan

Objective:Understanding the epidemiological characteristics of taiyuan urban and rural areas about the elderly hypertension by the elderly hypertension remission group survey,in Shanmao community of Taiyuan current situation,and to study the related risk factors and physical analysis of traditional Chinese medicine,and aged hypertension TCM intervention method is discussed in this paper,for the community elderly hypertension intervention methods and provide basis for prevention and control strategy of TCM.Methods:Collected in March 2015-March 2016 in the community of Shanmao for physical examination group,585 cases of senile hypertension patients,using "taiyuan city regional health information platform" of Chronic disease management system for material,fill in the residents' health management archive table and physical inventory.Contents include: general data,living habits,biochemical index and physical fitness.General information and lifestyle collection are completed by training qualified nurses of Shanmao,biochemical indexes by clinical laboratory physician complete acquisition,physical analysis and check the project completed by the physician and above analysis.Using SPSS 17.0 statistical software and data statistical analysis to establish a database are grouped according to the blood pressure level,analyze the related risk factors,the crowd remission with general statistical description,unconditioned logistic regression analysis and other statistical methods to analyze the data processing.Calculate Odds Ratio(Odds thewire,OR)and 95% confidence interval,when P < 0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Results:A total of the hypertension in the Chronic disease management information collected585 cases of patients with complete data,259 men(44.27%)and 326 women(55.73%),with an average age of 72.61±6.612 years old.Normal high value group a total of 360 people,153 men(42.50%)and women(57.50%)of 207 people,average age was72.45±6.152,the normal group,a total of 225 people,106 men(47.11%)and women(52.89%)of 119 people,average age was 73.02±6.844 years old.Different blood pressure levels instead of single factor analysis,the blood pressure with age,sex,weight,WC,perturbation salt,BMI,physical level,physical exercise was significantly correlated(P <0.05),while with smoking(1.7%),alcohol(1.9%)were not significant(P >0.05).Pinghezhi and Qiyuzhi have significant correlation(P < 0.05).Normal high values in the two groups,group constitution type distribution line from high to low as the Yinxuzhi27.22% Qixuzhi22.78% Xueyuzhi17.78% Tanshizhi11.94% Shirezhi6.11%pinghezhi4.72% Yangxuzhi4.44% Tebingzhi2.50% Qiyuzhi2.50%.Normal distribution from high to low as the Yinxuzhi24% Qixuzhi16.89% Xueyuzhi14.22% Tanshizhi12.44%Shirezhi8.89% pinghezhi8.89% Yangxuzhi6.22% Tebingzhi4.44% Qiyuzhi4.00%.On two groups of related risk factors analysis,including the following risk factors: weight,WC,perturbation salt,BMI,the WBC and B-cr,BUN,B,B-,K + Na +,Te,TG,HDL,LDL-C-C,FBG,constitution,then multi-factors unconditioned Logistic analysis,found that high blood pressure normal value set of risk factors include: Yinxuzhi(OR: 2.416,95% CI:1.520 3.840),Xueyuzhi(OR: 1.996,95% CI,1.165 3.419),Qixuzhi(OR: 3.011,95% CI:1.779 5.096),physical exercise(OR: 0.828,95% CI: 0.728 0.941),B-cr(OR: 1.008,95%CI: 1.002 1.014),B-K +(OR: 1.225,95% CI: 1.019 1.472),B-Na +(OR: 1.022,95% CI:1.010 1.033),FBG(OR: 1.222,95% CI: 1.091 1.369),and physical exercise(OR: 0.828,95% CI: 0.728 0.941)for its protective factors and risk factors of Tizhi from high to low as the Qixuzhi,Yinxuzhi,Xueyuzhi.Conclusion:1.Different gender composition of hypertension in different parts,crowd middle-aged and old patients with high blood pressure women more than men,this survey shows that the object of the focus of prevention and control of hypertension patients in community for women.2.Different age groups mean blood pressure,with the increase of age that Te can be used as one of inducing factors.3.Pre-hypertension of risk factors include: Yinxuzhi,Qixuzhi,Xueyuzhi,physical exercise,B-cr,B-,K +,Na + B,FBG and physical exercise are for the protective factors.4.The community of elderly hypertension crowd mostly biased constitution,Qixuzhi,Yinxuzhi,Xueyuzhi is obvious,therefore,should be in the community for the early intervention to improve the patient's level of Tizhi and prevent the happening of the disease.
