Study On Mechanism Of Clinical Observation Of Fulingyin In The Treatment Of Residual Dizziness After Reduction Of Maneuver In Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo

Objective:Vertigo is one of the diseases that afflicts patients and doctors,and BPPV(benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,BPPV)is one of the vertigo disease in modern times.At present,manipulative reduction is regarded as the first choice of treatment,but most patients often suffer from dizziness and discomfort after successful reduction,and the duration is relatively long.This topic is a clinical observation of FuLingYin in the treatment of residual dizziness after reduction of maneuver in benign paroxysmal positional vertigo and observe its clinical effect.Comparing the efficacy of comprehensive analysis with.To observe the effect of Chinese medicine FuLingYin on residual dizziness after BPPV reduction.Methods: In this study,72 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were selected,and all of them were left with residual dizziness after manual reduction,and the TCM syndrome was "phlegm turbidity syndrome",and were randomly divided into two groups with the same number of patients according to the order of diagnosis and treatment.The treatment group was given Chinese medicine FulingYin(300ml of decoction extract juice,150 ml each time),2 times a day orally;The other has not any treatment.Both groups were observed for 2 weeks.The TCM syndrome scale and DHI were compared before and after treatment with SPSS21.0 statistical test.Comparing the clinical effects of the two groups and comprehensive analysis.Results: The results showed that there was no significant difference in the general conditions before treatment between the two groups,which could be compared by comparing the gender,age,combined diseases and types of angioliths of the two groups.After statistical analysis,after 2 weeks,TCM syndrome scores of the two groups showed that the treatment group had better efficacy(P<0.05).After 2 weeks,DHI scores of the two groups showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05),indicating that residual dizziness and other symptoms of the patients treated with poria cocos plus or minus treatment could be better alleviated.Conclusion: The residual dizziness symptoms of BPPV patients after reduction were treated with poria cocos decoction,and the TCM syndrome differentiation was "phlegm turbidity accumulation syndrome",which had a good clinical effect.After taking this medicine,it can effectively improve the discomfort such as dizziness,shorten the duration of dizziness,and improve the living standard of patients.
