Objective:To understand the current situation of the perceived professional benefits,nursing working environment,organizational support and general self-efficacy of pediatric nurses in a class ? grade A hospital of a city in changchun.Above analysis the correlation between variables,and discusses the general demographic factors,nursing work environment,perceived organizational support and general self-efficacy impact on pediatric nurses' perceived professional benefits,so as to nursing managers guide nurses feel professional benefit,enhance the professional identity,relieve job burnout to provide reference data,to further promote the steady development of pediatric nursing team.Methods:This study is a cross-sectional study,using convenient sampling method.From July2018 to October 2018,300 pediatric nurses working in the first hospital of jilin university were selected as research objects.General demographic data questionnaire,nurse perceived professional benefits scale,nursing work environment scale,organizational support scale and general self-efficacy were used for questionnaire survey,and IBM SPSS 24.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results:(1)The total score of perceived professional benefits of pediatric nurses was(3.94± 0.26),among which the five dimensions with the highest score was the dimension of personal growth(4.02±0.33).The dimension with the lowest score was good nurse-patient relationship(3.90 ±0.34).(2)The total score of pediatric nurses' working environment was(2.95±0.29),and thehighest score of the five dimensions was the basis of high-quality nursing services,which was(3.01 ± 0.34).The dimension with the lowest score is sufficient human and material resources,with a score of(2.89± 0.38).(3)The total score of paediatric nurses' perceived organizational support was(3.75 ±0.44),and the score of instrumental support was(3.90 ± 0.51).The emotional support dimension with a low score was(3.70± 0.46).(4)Of the 10 items in the general self-efficacy assessment of pediatric nurses in this survey,the highest score was "if I try my best,I can always solve the problem"(2.68 ±0.63).The lowest score was(2.41± 0.63).(5)Different demographic characteristics of nurses' perceived professional benefits overall and each dimension score differences: different age,employment form,duration of pediatric nursing work,current educational background,professional title,number of night shifts per month in the past year,marriage,birth,level,monthly income and the overall score of pediatric nurse' perceived professional benefits existed significant difference(P < 0.05).Different age,employment form,duration of pediatric nursing work,current educational background,position,number of night shifts per month in the past year,marriage,department,birth,level,monthly income and pediatric nurse' perceived professional benefits own growth dimension scores existed significant difference(P < 0.05).Different age,employment form,duration of pediatric nursing work,current educational background,professional title,number of night shifts per month in the past year,marriage,birth,level,monthly income and pediatric nurse' perceived professional benefits identification dimension scores of recognition of relatives and friends of nurses significant difference(P < 0.05).Different age,employment form,duration of pediatric nursing work,current educational background,position,professional title,number of night shifts per month in the past year,marriage,level,monthly income and pediatric nurse' perceived professional benefits scores of dimensions of good nurse-patient relationship existed significant difference(P < 0.05).Different age,employment form,current educational background,professional title,marriage,level,monthly income and pediatric nurse' perceived professional benefits scores of team belonging dimension existed significant difference(P <0.05).Different age,gender,duration of pediatric nursing work,current educational background,professional title,number of night shifts per month in the past year,marriage,birth,level,monthly income and pediatric nurse' perceived professional benefits scores of positive occupational perception dimension existed significant difference(P < 0.05).(6)Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the perceived professional benefits of 300 pediatric nurses and the total scores of nursing working environment,organizational support and general self-efficacy as well as the scores of each dimension.The results showed that the perceived professional benefits of pediatric nurses was positively correlated with the total score of nursing working environment,organizational support and general self-efficacy and the scores of all dimensions.(7)Multiple stepwise regression showed that emotional support,the basis of high-quality nursing services,age,marriage,medical cooperation,instrumental support and employment form were independent factors affecting the total score of perceived professional benefits of pediatric nurses,which could explain the variation of 56.8% of the total score of perceived professional benefits of pediatric nurses.Emotional support,age,birth,and nursing managers' ability and leadership style are independent factors affecting the total score of nurses' own growth,which can explain the variation of 38.2% of the total score of nurses' own growth.Emotional support,the basis of high-quality nursing services,age,current educational background,nurses' participation in hospital affairs and marriage were independent factors affecting the total score of recognition of relatives and friends of nurses,which could explain the variation of 34.5% of the total score of recognition of relatives and friends of nurses.Emotional support,medical cooperation,age,instrumental support and marriage were independent factors affecting the total score of good nurse-patient relationship,which could explain the variation of 45.7% of the total score of good nurse-patient relationship.Emotional support,medical cooperation,age,nurses' participation in hospital affairs and instrumental support were independent factors affecting the total score of nurses' team belonging,which could explain the variation of 34.2% of the total score of nurses' team belonging.Emotional support,ability and leadership style of nursing managers,gender,marriage,current educational background and duration of pediatric nursing work wereindependent influencing factors of positive occupational perception total score,which could explain the variation of 26.8% of the total score of positive occupational perception.Conclusion:(1)the overall score of pediatric nurses' perceived professional benefits is at a medium level,and there is still a lot of room for improvement.The overall score of the nursing working environment of pediatric nurses is also in the middle and upper level,and the respondents of this survey are generally satisfied with the nursing working environment of the hospital.The overall score of paediatric organization support is also in the upper and middle level.The general self-efficacy of pediatric nurses was lower than the domestic norm.(2)The pediatric nurses' perceived professional benefits are influenced by general demographic data,especially in the form of different age,employment,duration of pediatric nursing work,current educational background,professional title,number of night shifts per month in the past year,marriage,level,monthly income.such as with the increase of age,perceived professional benefits also increased accordingly,with the increase of title,the higher the perceived professional benefits,with the increase of income,perceived professional benefits is also increased accordingly.(3)The better the nursing working environment,the stronger the organizational support and the higher the general self-efficacy of pediatric nurses,the higher the nurses' perceived professional benefits of pediatric nurses.(4)Emotional support,the basis of high-quality nursing service,age,marriage,medical cooperation,instrumental support and employment form are the significant influencing factors of nurses' perceived professional benefits.By establishing a good humanistic environment,optimizing the nursing working environment,and paying attention to the difference of professional sense of benefit of nurses of different ages,especially increasing the attention to nurses of lower ages and the sense of belonging of unmarried nurses,the perceived professional benefits of pediatric nurses can be improved.
