ObjectiveThe aim of this study was to investigate the current situation and influencing factors on perceived professional benefits of operating room nurses.By analyzing the general demographic data of operating room nurses and the influence of stress coping style on professional benefits,the research provides reference for inproving nurses5 mental health and reducing turnover rate.MethodsConvenient to extract 308 operating room nurses from 4 tertiary hospital of Jinan,adopt quesionnairs to make a cross-sectional survey.Using the questionaire survey method.The data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software.Statistical methods including descriptive statistics analysis,independent sample test,the gap analysis,multiple regression analysis and other statistical methods.ResultsA total of 355 questionnaires were distributed in this study,327 were taken back.Final effective Questionnaire 308,effective recovery rate of 94.2%.1.The total score of nurses ' professional benefit in operating room of Jinan Hospital is 135.45±15.71(165)on average,at medium level,the lowest score of"positive career Coglition"(3.95±0.56)in each latitude,followed by "identity of friends and relatives"(4.00±0.54),"sense of team belonging"(4.06±0.55)and"good nurse-patient relationship"1(4.24±0.52),"Self-growth"(4.25±00.49)score the highest.2.In the face of stress,operating room nurses use problem-solving(0.92±0.17)and help(0.70±0.20)to cope with stress.The proportion is mature type 79.97%,immature type 12.99%,mixed type 11.04%.3.There was a positive correlation between mature coping style and occupational benefit,4 latitude and total score in addition to positive occupational cognition,and negative correlation between immature and mixed pressure coping style and occupational benefit,latitude and total score.4.The results of independent sample t test and single factor variance analysis showed that the variables with statistical difference in occupational benefit score of nurses in operating room were:different hospitals,initial education,positions,personnel relations,marital status,number of night shifts per month,and whether to fix surgical specialties.5.After multivariate stepwise regression analysis,whether or not a fixed surgical specialty,initial education,remorse,problem solving four variables into the equation,is the main factor affecting the professional benefit of nurses in the operating room.Conclusion1.The occupational benefit score of nurses in operating room of Jinan Hospital is at a moderate level,with the highest score of"self-growth"latitude and the lowest latitude score of"positive career cognition".2.Operating room nurses in the face of stress,more use of mature coping style.3.In the face of stress,operating room nurses who tend to mature coping style have a higher total score of professional benefit and a high score of each latitude,and the total score of professional benefit of nurses in operating room who tends to be immature and rmixed coping style is lower than that of each latitude.4.Fixed surgical specialty,the higher the initial degree,the pressure response mode for mature operating room nurses,the higher the sense of professional benefit,and the use of remorse response to the operating room nurses professional benefit is lower.
