Investigation And Situation Analysis Of People's Health Literacy In Holingola City In 2017

Objective:To understand the current situation of health literacy of residents of Holingola,to obtain representative monitoring data in the region,to analyze the influencing factors,and to provide effective test and scientific basis for the local government to formulate the corresponding health policies.Methods:Using the method of multistage stratified random sampling,10 neighborhood committees(villages)were extracted from 5 streets of Holingola,and a total of 1800 people were the subjects of investigation.The survey method uses the household survey,the questionnaire uses the "Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Flag County District Resident Health Literacy Monitoring Questionnaire",establishes the database uses the Epidata software,carries on the data analysis use SPSS 24.0 software.Through descriptive analysis,single factor analysis and other statistical methods,the local residents of health literacy level and influencing factors are described and analyzed.Results:In this survey,there were 1827 people in 10 neighborhoods in 5 streets of Huolin Gola.The number of males in the survey was 967,accounting for 52.9%,and 860 women,accounting for 47.1%;the average age was 44.2 years old,and the Han nationality was mostly;culture The proportion of junior high school is the highest,which is 40.9%;the proportion of workers,farmers and enterprises is higher in occupation;the family population is mainly family of three,and the annual income of economic income is 20,000-50000 yuan and 50000 yuan and above for the family.The scores of the three aspects of health literacy related issues,namely basic knowledge and ideas,healthy lifestyles and behaviors,and health skills were analyzed.The total score of the three parts was 66 points,of which the basic knowledge and concept total score was 28 points.The score was 17.87,the total score of healthy lifestyle and behavior was 22 points,the overall average score was 12.53,the total score of health skills was 16 points,and the overall average score was 9.51.The results showed that the proportion of residents with health literacy was 12.09%.Among them,the proportion of basic knowledge and conceptual knowledge is 26.44%,the proportion of healthy lifestyle and behavioral literacy is 12.53%,the proportion of health skills literacy is 16.04%,the health concept and health knowledge have the highest correct answer rate,and health skills knowledge.The answer rate is second,and the correct rate of healthy lifestyle and behavior is the lowest.The basic knowledge and concept influence factors mainly include age,education level,occupation and income.The age group under 30 years old has the highest awareness rate of 35.26%,and the age group over 50 years old has the lowest awareness rate of 18.61%.With age,the correct rate is decreasing.Between different levels of education,the higher the level of education,the higher the awareness rate.Compared with different occupations,the awareness rate of the public institutions is the highest,which is 47.48%,the awareness rate of the enterprise units is second,which is 36.75%,and the awareness rate of other staff is the lowest,which is 23.22%.Compared with different income groups,if the higher of the income,then the higher of awareness rate.The healthy lifestyle and behavior of the respondents were analyzed.The differences in the awareness of healthy lifestyles and behavioral knowledge among different ages,cultures,occupations and incomes were statistically significant: among the different age groups,30 The awareness rate was the highest in the age group of ~50 years old,which was 16.41%.The rate of awareness was lower in the age group less than 30 years old,11.58%,and the lowest in the age group older than 50 years old,6.92%.Among different levels of education,the higher the level of education,the higher the awareness rate.Among different occupations,the awareness rate of public institutions is the highest,which is 30.93%.The awareness rate of enterprise units is second,and the awareness rate of other professional personnel is the lowest.In the different income groups,if the higher of the annual family income,then the higher of the awareness rate.The influencing factors of the health literacy knowledge of the respondents were analyzed.The health knowledge awareness rate of the respondents was statistically different among different ages,different educational levels,different occupations,and different income groups: among different age groups,The awareness rate was the highest in the age group of less than 30 years old,which was 21.05%,and the lowest in the age group older than 50 years old,which was 10.31%,showing a trend that the higher the age,the lower the awareness rate.In the different education level groups,the higher the education level,the higher the awareness rate.Among the different occupation groups,the awareness rate of the public institutions was the highest,which was 33.09%,and the awareness rate of other professional personnel was the lowest,which was 23.78%.Among the different income groups,the higher the income,the highest the awareness rate.Conclusion:1.In 2017,the possession rate of residents' health literacy was 12.09%,which was lower than the national health literacy level.2.The awareness rate of residents' basic health knowledge and concept literacy was 26.44%,the awareness rate of healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy was 12.53%,and the awareness rate of health skills literacy was 16.04%.3.The main influencing factors of residents' health literacy are age,educational level,occupation and average family income.The key intervention groups of health education are the elderly,the people with low educational level,the temporary workers with heavy physical strength and the people with low income.
