Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the anxiety and parenting sense of competence in mothers of premature infants enrolled in NICU,and to explore the effective intervention of family integrated care on the growth and development of premature infants in NICU and the stress and parenting sense of competence of premature infants’ mothers.Provide evidence for family integrated care in neonatal intensive care units.Method:Eighty-six premature infants who were admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit of the First Hospital of Jilin University from June to November 2018 were randomly divided into FIC group(43 cases)and control group(43 cases)according to the random number table.Premature infants enrolled in the standard entered the FIC group, allowing mothers of premature infants to perform 4 hours of family integrated care every day to provide non-medical routine care for the infants, and infants in the control group were provided perform routine care, allowing the parents of the control group to visit their babies once a week, using premature infants hospitalization time, weight growth rate, oxygen consumption time, breastfeeding rate and secondary hospital admission rate within 30 days to evaluate the growth and development of premature infants, using Parental stress scale:neonatal intensive care unit(PSS:NICU)and the Chinese version of the Parental Competency Scale(C-PSOC)evaluated on the time of mothers of premature infants before and after inventions, and analyzed the intervention effects.Result:In the study intervention group and control group,1 case was lost each group, the total effective sample size was 84 cases, the intervention group was 42 cases, the control groupwas 42 cases.Compared the general data of premature infants and mothers of the intervention group and the control group, there was no statistical difference(P>0.05),indicating that the baseline balance of the two groups was comparable. After the intervention, each part of the research data was collected for statistical analysis.(1)Comparing the weight gain rate of premature infants during hospitalization, the results showed that the weight gain rate of the intervention group was(19.08±7.73)g/d,and that of the control group was(15.52±7.65)g/d.The weight gain rate of intervention group was higher than the control group. The weight gain rate of preterm infants between the two groups was statistically different(P<0.001).(2)Compared with the oxygen consumption time of the two groups of premature infants, the results showed that the oxygen consumption time of the preterm infants in the intervention group was(14.71±6.84)days,while that in the control group was(18.98±11.76)days.The control group was significantly shortened and there was a statistical difference(P<0.001).(3)Comparing the average length of hospital stay in the two groups of premature infants, the results showed that the average length of hospital stay in the intervention group was 40.86 days, and the average hospital stay in the control group was 42.45 days, but there was no significant difference in the average length of hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).(4)Comparing the breastfeeding rates of the two groups of premature infants, the results showed that the breastfeeding rate of premature infants in the intervention group was95.2%,and that in the control group was 52.4%,the intervention group was higher than the control group. The breastfeeding rate was statistically significant(P<0.001).(5)Comparing the two hospital admission rates in 30 days after discharge of the premature infants, the results showed that the rate of secondary admission in the intervention group was 2.4% within 30 days after discharge, compared with 11.9% in the control group, and the intervention group was lower than the control group. The rate of secondary hospital admission in the two groups of preterm infants within 30 days after discharge was not significantly different(P>0.05).(6)Comparing the parental stress scale score(PSS)of the two groups of premature infants, the results showed that: before the intervention: the total PSS score of the mother in the intervention group was 3.50±1.44,and the total PSS of the mother in the control group was 3.35±1.44.After intervention: the total PSS score of the mothers in the intervention group was 1.20±0.53 points, and the total PSS of the mothers in the control group was2.28±1.20 points. The intervention group and the control group were compared before and after the intervention, there was a significant difference(P<0.001).(7)Comparing the Chinese version of the Parental Competency Scale scores(C-PSOC),the results showed that the mothers’ C-PSOC scores were 55.67 ± 5.03 before intervention, and the efficacy dimension score was 27.40 ± 2.52.Satisfaction The satisfaction dimension score was 28.26 ± 4.25.The mother’s C-PSOC score of premature infants before the intervention was 57.00 ± 5.26,of which the efficacy dimension score was 27.14 ± 2.32,and the satisfaction dimension score was 29.86 ± 4.90.The C-PSOC total score of intervention group after intervention, efficacy dimension and satisfaction dimension scores were higher than the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.001).Conclusion:(1)Maternal stress and anxiety level of preterm infants in NICU is high, and the parenting sense of competence is low.(2)Family integrated care can increase the rate of weight gain and breastfeeding in premature infants, shorten the time of oxygen use, reduce the rate of secondary hospitalization, and promote the growth and development of premature infants.(3)Family integrated care can reduce the level of stress and anxiety of mothers with premature birth in NICU,improve their parenting sense of competence, and improve the psychological status of mothers in premature infants.
