ObjectivesTo explore the current situation of paediatric humanistic nursing quality evaluation,collect key indicators,initially build a systematic,scientific and feasible paediatric humanistic nursing quality evaluation index system and determine the weight of indicators,so as to provide reference for paediatric humanistic nursing quality management.MethodsBy means of phenomenological research and objective sampling,14 pediatric nursing managers from 5 tertiary general hospitals were selected for semi-structured and personal in-depth interviews,and the data were analyzed by Virginia Braun's psychological thematic analysis method.Based on the theoretical framework of"Quality Care Model"(QCM)proposed by Duffy et al.,combined with literature review and qualitative research results,a preliminary formulation was made.Based on a round of expert inquiry papers of pediatric humanistic nursing quality evaluation index system of quality care mode,two rounds of expert inquiry were conducted among 17 nursing experts by Delphi method,and the weight of the index was determined by AHP,thus forming the final version of pediatric humanistic nursing quality evaluation index system based on quality care mode.Findings1.This study extracted two themes through qualitative interviews with 14 paediatric nursing managers:the current situation of paediatric humanistic nursing quality evaluation and the key indicators of paediatric humanistic nursing quality evaluation.2.In this study,17 nursing experts participated in Delphi expert inquiry.Through qualitative analysis of general data and quantitative analysis of experts'authority,the results showed that the inquiry experts had good representativeness and authority;the experts were more active,with the recovery rates of the two rounds of inquiry papers being 80.95%and 100%respectively;the experts had higher authority,and the authority coefficient(Cr)was 0.872.After two rounds of inquiry,Kendall's harmony coefficients of the first,second and third-level indicators were 0.195,0.118 and 0.159 respectively,P values were less than 0.05,with statistical significance;after two rounds of inquiry,the average value of the first-level indicators was 4.94-4.65,and the coefficient of variation was 4.91-15.10%;the average value of the second-level indicators was 4.41-4.88,and the coefficient of variation was 6.80-16.15%;The average value was 4.29-4.88,and the coefficient of variation was 4.68%-19.8%.Finally,an evaluation index system of pediatric humanistic nursing quality based on quality care model was formed,which included three first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators and 63 third-level indicators.3.Applying analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of primary and secondary indicators,the weights of three primary indicators are respectively structural quality(0.2973),process quality(0.5390)and result quality(0.1638).The weights of 15 secondary indicators are:service system(0.0927),pediatric nurses(0.1458),children and their families(0.0587),caring environment(0.0626)and communication(0.0973).Nursing technical operation(0.0973),knowledge theory(0.0412),nursing decision-making(0.0973),psychological support(0.0551),social support(0.0335),continuing nursing(0.0545),evaluation of children and their families(0.0693),evaluation of nurses'humanistic ability(0.0372),evaluation of nurse-patient relationship(0.0372),peer evaluation(0.0201);and the application of expert assignment weight distribution method to determine.The weights of three-level indicators are determined by probability multiplication.Conclusions1.This study found that there is still no unified evaluation standard of humanistic nursing quality in pediatric clinic.Pediatric nursing managers pay insufficient attention to the inspection of humanistic nursing quality,and should screen humanistic specific and quantifiable evaluation indicators of humanistic nursing quality in pediatrics.At present,paediatric nursing managers pay more attention to basic nursing,pain nursing and safety nursing,and lack of norms and guidance in nurse-patient communication,psychological nursing and continuity nursing.Therefore,it is urgent to establish a systematic and comprehensive paediatric humanistic nursing quality evaluation index system.2.The pediatric humanistic nursing quality evaluation index system constructed in this study has scientific and rigorous research methods,true and complete index content,and reasonable and reliable research results,which can provide a basis for the evaluation and continuous improvement of pediatric humanistic nursing quality in China.3.The weight of all levels of indicators in the evaluation index system of paediatric humanistic nursing quality determined in this study objectively shows the importance of all levels of indicators,so as to make the research results more objective and clear.
