Study On Evaluation Indicator System For Nrsing Quality Of Hemodialysis Room

Objective:This thesis is aim to establish a scientific and reasonable, concise and practical evaluation indicator system for nursing quality of Hemodialysis Room and provide scientific basis for hemodialysis room nursing quality evaluation, continuous quality improvement, total quality management through the research of evaluation of nursing quality and development of Hemodialysis Room in home and abroad.Methods:This thesis adopts the methods of literature research, structured interviews and Delphi method. Literature research is mainly used in theoretical research, and background research. Structured interviews method is used to analysis the vital clinical nursing process in hemodialysis room. Delphi method (Delphi) is used to identify the evaluation indicator system for nursing quality of Hemodialysis Room. The process of designing experts’enquiry uses questionnaire literature methodology and structured interviews method. Experts’enquiry is anonymous. All research data are input SPSS17.0. Descriptive statistics analysis demonstrates with frequency and constituent ratio. The feedback of experts’enquiry indicates experts’positive coefficient. Arithmetic averages index and full marks show the concentrated degree of expert advice. Coefficient of variation and Kendal harmonious with chi-square test express the coordinating degree of expert advice.Results:1. In this study, the effective feedback rate of expert letter in the first round and second round were100%and93.33%; degree of expert authority was0.8572. These data state that experts have a high interest in this study and the study outcomes are realizable.2. After two round of experts enquiry the coordinate coefficient of expert significant test P<0.01, coordinate coefficient shows that all significant degree of the experts in the entry importance opinion coordination, forecasting results advisable.3. The initially established evaluation indicator system for nursing quality of Hemodialysis Room includes3first class indicators,8second class indicators and28third class indicators.Conclusions:The evaluative indicator system for nursing quality of Hemodialysis Room established by Delphi method demonstrates the connotation of specialist nursing quality and provides certain reference basis of specialized nursing quality assessment scale and specialized nursing management.
