Clinical Study On Quyu Yikun Decoction Combined With Moxibustion For Treatment Of Blood Stasis Type Of Postpartum Lochiorrhea

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Quyu Yikun Decoction combined with moxibustion in treating postpartum lochia caused by blood stasis,and to explore the mechanism of treating the disease with the combination of Quyu Yikun Decoction and moxibustion.In order to reflect the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine in treating postpartum lochia,it can provide more extensive treatment ideas and effective treatment methods for the future clinical treatment of the disease.Methods: 104 patients with postpartum lochia according to blood stasis type were randomly divided into three groups: the combined treatment group,the moxibustion group,the Chinese medicine group and the control group,with 26 cases in each group.The patients in the combined treatment group combined with Quyu Yikun Decoction to moxibustion uterus,Guanyuan,Qihai points,the traditional Chinese medicine group only oral Quyu Yikun Decoction,moxibustion group moxibustion uterus,Guan Yuan,Qi Hai points,the control group was given Guizhi Fuling capsule.Four groups were treated with seven days as a course of treatment,compared with the four groups of patients before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome efficacy,hemostatic effect,TCM single syndromes and changes in uterine volume before and after treatment,statistical analysis.Results: 1.the curative effect of hemostasis: the difference of data between the four groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the combined treatment group was better than that of the other three groups.2.the curative effect of TCM syndrome: after treatment,the difference of data between the four groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the cure rate in the combined treatment group was higher than that of the other three groups.3.TCM syndrome score: after treatment,the difference between the four groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.single TCM secondary syndrome: after treatment,four groups of patients with single secondary syndrome were compared between groups.Data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of combined treatment group in TCM improvement of single minor syndromes was better than that of the other three groups.5.the three diameter of the uterus: the difference of data between the four groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,combined treatment group than the other three groups of small size of the uterus,uterine involution is relatively good.During the period of 6.treatment,no side effects and various discomfort reactions were found in the four groups.Conclusion: Quyu Yikun Decoction combined with acupoint moxibustion can improve blood stasis symptoms,reduce bleeding time of bleeding lochia,strengthen the root and promote postpartum rehabilitation.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
