Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Blood Stasis Type Postpartum Abdominal Pain With Moxibustion Uterine Acupoint Combined With Modified Shenghua Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Moxibustion Uterine Acupoint combined with Jiawei Biochemical Decoction in treating postpartum abdominal pain of blood stasis type,and to study the mechanism of this method on the postpartum abdominal pain of blood stasis type,and to find a comprehensive treatment method for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: Fifty patients with postpartum abdominal pain diagnosed as blood stasis type were randomly divided into Moxibustion + traditional Chinese medicine group,traditional Chinese medicine group and control group.Moxibustion + traditional Chinese medicine group to give Moxibustion Uterine Acupuncture combined with the addition of biochemical soup of traditional Chinese medicine oral treatment,Chinese medicine group to give a simple taste of biochemical soup orally,the control group to give proprietary Chinese medicine compound mother of oral treatment.Three groups of patients were diagnosed from the beginning of the day,continuous treatment for 7 days to 7 days as a course of treatment after a course of treatment to observe the three groups of patients before and after treatment of abdominal pain,changes in symptoms of Chinese medicine and plasma β-endorphin that is β-EP content of the changes in the statistical analysis.Results: 1.Analgesic effect: The total effective rate of Moxibustion + Chinese medicine group 95%,the total effective rate of 80% of the traditional Chinese medicine group,the control group the total effective rate of 60%,Moxibustion + Chinese medicine group were compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group and the control group,Statistically significant(P <0.05).2.TCM symptoms: TCM syndrome points after treatment and before treatment were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).After treatment,Moxibustion + Chinese medicine group compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01),Moxibustion + Chinese medicine group compared with traditional Chinese medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Single symptom: Moxibustion + traditional Chinese medicine group symptoms were higher than the traditional Chinese medicine group and the control group,Chinese medicine group than the control group.4.The changes of plasma β-EP content were compared with those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).After treatment,Moxibustion + Chinese medicine group were compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group and the control group,the difference was significantly statistically significant(P <0.01),compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: Moxibustion Uterine Acupoint combined with Jiawei Biochemical Decoction for the treatment of postpartum abdominal pain of the blood stasis is effective,can effectively reduce the degree of abdominal pain in patients with improved Chinese medicine symptoms,reduce its plasma β-EP content,and non-toxic side effects,worthy of further research and application.
