Clinical Study Of Ren Meridian Huo Long Moxibustion Combined With Acupuncture On Postpartum Lochiorrhea Of Blood Stasis Type

Objective:In this study,the clinical effect of Ren meridian Huo Long moxibustion combined with acupuncture on postpartum lochiorrhea(PL)of blood stasis type was observed,it provides a new idea and method for clinical treatment of postpartum lochiorrhea of blood stasis type.Methods:66 cases of postpartum lochiorrheawith blood stasis type were randomly divided into treatment group(33 cases)and control group(33cases).The treatment group was given ren-mai-huo-long moxibustion combined with acupuncture at Hegu,Taichong,Sea of Blood,Sanyinjiao,Diji and Zusanli(both sides)for 30 minutes,needled once during the period.Treatment once a day.The control group was given intramuscular injection of oxytocin 10 U once a day,and the control group was given oral administration of Yixuean granules 3 times a day with 1 bag each time.Both groups were treated continuously for 7 days according to the Doctor’s advice.Before and after treatment,the height of uterine fundus,the amount of lochia,the duration of Lochia and the score of TCM symptoms were recorded and compared.Results:1.Uterine fundus height: after treatment,the uterine fundus height of the two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment(p < 0.05),and the treatment group decreased more than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).2.The amount of vaginal lochia: the amount of vaginal lochia decreased significantly after treatment in both groups compared with that before treatment(p < 0.05),and the reduction in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05).3.The duration of Lochia was significantly different between the two groups(p < 0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in shortening the duration of Lochia.4.The TCM symptom scores:(1)the TCM symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(p< 0.05),and the treatment group decreased more than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).(2)the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment(p < 0.05).The time,amount,color,blood quality,blood clot and abdominal pain in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(p < 0.05),There was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of burnout and Asthenia syndrome(p > 0.05).5.Clinical efficacy analysis: after 7 days of treatment,the total efficiency of the treatment group was 93.75%,and that of the control group was 78.79%,which was statistically significant(P < 0.05).It shows that the effect of Ren meridian Huo Long moxibustion combined with acupuncture on postpartum lochiorrhea of blood stasis type is better.Conclusion:Ren meridian Huo Long Moxibustion combined with acupuncture is effective in treating postpartum lochiorrhea of blood stasis type,economical,safe and no side effect,it provides a new idea and method for clinical treatment of postpartum lochiorrhea of blood stasis type.
