Postpartum Palace Tai Treatment Of Blood Stasis Postpartum Lochia Never Clinical Observation

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect and safety of Chanhougongtai Granule which was used to treat postpartum lochiorrhea of blood stasis syndrome and supply scientific evidence for the clinical usage of Chanhougongtai Granule.Methods:121 cases of patients of postpartum lochiorrhea of blood stasis syndrome which had been diagnosed in our outpatient department were chosed and divided randomly into treatment group (Chanhougongtai Granule) and control group (Shenghua Granule). Treatment group contained 60cases, control group contained 61cases.They were respectively given Chanhougongtai Granule and Shenghua Granule. Take orally from the first day after they came for treatment and continuously 7 days as a course .Observe the clinical symptoms , uterine reversion , change of blood routine and safety of the medicine after using for a course.Result :1. The hemostasia curative effect of postpartum lochiorrhea of blood stasis syndrome is : In Chanhougongtai Granule group , the cured rate is28. 33% .markedly effective rate is 35. 00% , effective rate is 23. 33%, and the total effective rate is86.67 % .In Shenghua Granule, the cured rate is 8. 20%,markedly effective rate is 37.70%, effective rate is 39. 34%,and the total effective rate is85. 25%. There is no significant difference between the two groups by statistical analysis (P>0. 05).2. The clinical curative effect of postpartum lochiorrhea of blood stasis syndrome is : In Chanhougongtai Granule group , the cured rate is 28. 33%,markedly effective rate is40. 00% , effective rate is23. 33% and the total effective rate is91.67% .In Shenghua Granule, the cured rate is8. 20% , markedly effective rate is54. 10% , effective rate is32. 80% and the total effective rate is95.08% .There is no significant difference between the two groups by statistical analysis (P>0.05).3. Comparing the uterus cubage by B-ultrasonic, the differences of pre-treatment and pos-treatment in treatment group and control group are both significant (P<0. 01), and the differences between the two groups are not obvious(P>0. 05).The results indicate that Chanhougongtai Granule and Shenghua Granule both have remarkable therapy effect.4.Safety analysis:There are no obvious changes for these two groups in Blood Routine , Ur ine Routine ,Stool Routine ,Hepatic function , Renalfunction and Electrocardiograph. Although there are several abnormal terms before treatment , they are not aggravated .These show that Chanhougongtai Granule is safe,effective and no toxic and side effect.Conclusion:Chanhougongtai Granule can effectively treat postpartum lochiorrhea of blood stasis syndrome ,remarkable ameliorate the correlate symptoms in continuing time, quantity, colour, texture of lochia and ache of lower abdomen , accelerate the reversion of uterus. It is safe ,effective and no toxic and side effect in clinical use.
