Objective:To understand the community nursing employment intention of nursing undergraduate interns in Hunan Province,and analyze the influencing factors,in order to provide reference for the employment of undergraduate nursing students in the province and the development of community nursing.Methods:Using self-made questionnaires as a tool,a random cluster sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 280 nursing undergraduate interns in Hunan Province.Firstly,the hospital where the intern is located is stratified according to Level 2 A(hereinafter referred to as dimethyl),Level 3 B(hereinafter referred to as "Triple B",and Grade 3 A(hereinafter referred to as the top three),and randomly selected in different levels of hospitals.In the hospital,there were 3 hospitals,and then a total of 280 undergraduate intern trainees who met the standard of the hospital were selected for questionnaire survey.The questionnaire consulted a large number of relevant domestic and foreign literatures,referenced Li Jiajia's 2012 "Professional College Nursing Community Community Employment Willingness Questionnaire",and consulted experts to design the "Hunan Nursing Undergraduate Intern Community Care Employment Intention and Influencing Factors".The questionnaire has a total of 22 questions.The content includes three parts:basic information,including education,gender,place of origin,whether it is the first choice,etc.;community nursing employment willingness;community nursing cognition.The data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0.Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the general situation of the subjects.Logistic regression was used to analyze the factors affecting the nursing care employment intention of nursing undergraduate interns in Hunan Province.Results:1.1.A total of 280 nursing undergraduate interns were surveyed,6 non-standard questionnaires were excluded,and 274 valid questionnaires were obtained.The effective questionnaire rate was 97.86%.Among the respondents,144 people(52.6%)were willing to engage in community care.2.Descriptive statistical analysis showed that the two items with the highest and second highest in the nursing students' willingness to engage in nursing work were stable in work,low in stress(50.7%),and large in development(29.2%).3.Descriptive statistical analysis showed that the highest and second highest of the reasons why nursing undergraduate interns were unwilling to engage in nursing work were poor welfare(66.9%)and low social recognition(32.3%).4.Univariate analysis showed that among the 274 nursing undergraduate interns,gender(x 2=11.313,P<0.001),different levels of undergraduate(? 2=62.999,P<0.001),and whether the first volunteer was a nursing major(?2=10.338,P<0.001),internship level(?2=7.907,P=0.019),career direction(?2=20.652,P<0.001),community care and hospital clinical care(?2=6.594,P=0.037),understanding of community nursing work(?2=45.312,P<0.001),personal initiative to understand community care intentions(?2=9.632,P=0.008),community nursing development prospects(?2=14.445,P<0.001),nursing undergraduate interns who are considered to have a degree in community nursing work(x 2=10.281,P=0.006)have statistically significant differences in their willingness to engage in community care.5.Logistic regression analysis showed that gender(XI),different levels of undergraduate(X2),first volunteers are nursing majors(X3),understanding of community nursing work(X7),personal initiative to understand community care willingness(X8),community care Cognition of development prospects(X9),7 independent variables(?2=132.870,P<0.001)that are considered to be in the community nursing work(X10).Conclutions:1.The community nursing employment willing rate of nursing undergraduate interns in Hunan Province is 52.6%.2.Gender,different levels of undergraduate,first-time volunteers are nursing majors,understanding of community nursing work,personal initiative to understand community nursing willingness,community nursing development prospects,and the qualifications that should be possessed in community nursing work are affecting nursing undergraduate The main factors of interns community care employment willingness.
