With the increasing enrollment of university and college schools, the number of graduate students is increasing, which also brings about serious competition of labor market. Due to the imbalance of talent flow, graduate situation is not optimistic. By contrast, because the development of nursing graduate education starts late, the number of graduate students is small, employment situation is a bit optimistic. But from the nursing graduate education development trend, the school enrollment increases. From the situation of employment, a few years ago, the nursing graduates mainly chose teaching and management positions. However only small parts of graduates chose clinical and community nursing work. In order to cope well with employment of nursing graduates and promote them to make a good choice of positions, and use theoretical knowledge and research methods in practice, speed up the development of nursing profession, and promote the innovation of country health field , make their contributions to country health fields.Objective: Know Jilin province graduate employment intention of nursing and influencing factors through this survey, provide employment guidance to psychological consult about employment. At the same time, according to the college graduate student's employment intention and its influencing factors, establish a set of well-pointed and practicable employment guidance mode, which can reduce cost and breaching time, and improve one-time employment rate.Methods: literature query, questionnaire and mathematical statistics and logic analysis.1. Surveying Methods: include all the nursing graduates who has the job intention. Distributed 105 pieces of questionnaires, the number of valid questionnaires is 103.2. Design of questionnaire: design'questionnaire of the nursing professional postgraduate in Jilin province', questionnaire includes: (1)the natural condition of students and employment intention, specific including : source of students, family seat, employment choice of geographical environment, the expected salary, etc. (2) the factors affecting employment intention: salary level, wages, whether to solve registered permanent residence, and other elements, with each item using Likert4 scoring method from'very important, important, not important, not very important'to remember 4, 3, 2, 1 specifically.(3) influence factors of intention and success employment, including: first degree, professional knowledge, certificate, marital status, whether for communist party members and other 10 factors, use Likert4 level scoring method,'very important, important, not important, not very important'to remember 4, 3, 2, 1. (4) views about employment consult, including: process of employment guidance and relevant policies, the problems existing in the employment guidance and hope to accept employment guidance content and guidance mode.(5) one open question.3. Advance investigation: because of self-made questionnaire, test the reliability of it before using it. Selected 45 cases nursing to do advance survey .Its Cronbach's index was 0.858, and invited 10 experts to test the validity, the average score is 0.858.4. Statistical processing: use SPSS12.0 to analyze the data. Use frequency, mean, standard deviation to describe analysis, andχ~2 test to analyze.Results:1. From the development of nursing postgraduates education and employment of previous graduates, with the development of nursing postgraduates education, and increasing of number in enrollment and graduation, although there has been a shortage of nursing postgraduates, the competition of employment has arisen, and the situation of employment has been more and more critical.2. From the survey of nursing postgraduates, natural conditions and various factors of job intention ,useχ~2 test to analyze the relativity , the three factors'the first degree, family economic status, salary expectation'affect the job intention.3. Throughχ~2 test of 10 factors, there are three significant factors which affect nursing graduate students' intention. They are leader's attention level, salary level, and job city.4. In the 10 graduate employment successful nursing influence factors, the factors of school fame, foreign language level, work experience, have significant effects.5. The current career guidance model does not adapt to new condition of employment. Establishing and implementing targeted and practical career guidance model is imperative.Conclusions: 1. From employment intension of nursing postgraduates, engagement in nursing education is an ideal job for nursing postgraduates. Family economic situation has an important impact on employment of nursing postgraduates.2. By studying the employment intensions of nursing postgraduates, provide evidence for the work of nursing postgraduates'psychological consult of employment.3. Improving the comprehensive quality is necessary condition for employment of nursing postgraduates.4. Establishing and implementing targeted and practical career guidance model is very important, in order to improve students'competitiveness and quality of employment.
