For the current limited medical resources in China, the first thing people have to go to the hospital is to queue up.The queuing before going to the hospital is the most intuitive and familiar phenomenon. In the hospital, the queuing phenomenon in front of various service windows is presented in front of us in one form or another. For example, when a patient comes to the hospital,he or she must first register, when the patient is diagnosed by a doctor, and so on,basically all need to wait in line.At present,China's current hospital queuing system is still in the application stage, basically a single system established based on experience and hardware conditions, such as outpatient registration system, physical examination system, drug collection system, medical examination, settlement system, etc.are independent. It is precisely because the above mentioned system is independent, which leads to patients being very passive at the time of treatment. Therefore,it is necessary to propose a solution to the passive situation of the patient's visit as a supplement, and to guide each process in the process of patient visit, which can greatly improve the efficiency of the patient's visit and shorten the time of visiting the hospital. Then,in view of the current medical conditions in China,in the case that the operating costs of the hospital are not significantly increased, the main needs of the patients in the hospital are accurately captured, and the work efficiency of the hospital staff is improved, and the patient satisfaction and hospital profitability are realized. The "win-win" situation is the direction in which the current major hospital managers actively work hard. With the development of society, people's requirements for medical services are getting higher and higher, optimizing the current medical service processes, improving hospital service efficiency and service quality, how to improve management and service through effective hospital process optimization is urgently needed to be solved.problem.The main contents of the thesis work are as follows:This thesis conducts an in-depth analysis of the operation modes of the various processes of the hospital outpatient business, and explores the various loop nodes that need to be reconstructed in the business process, providing quantitative scientific basis for optimizing the allocation of hospital outpatient resources and process reengineering, and at the same time demonstrating that the operational queuing theory is the rationality and feasibility of using the hospital queuing system. This topic uses the operation of queuing theory as the theoretical basis and method, through the statistics of the outpatient registration of a hospital, and statistics of the hospital price and fee service links, the service time of the internal medicine and gynaecological service nodes and the patient arrival time for accurate statistical measurement, and calculate The operating indicators such as the service intensity of the hospital staff, the average queue length of the patients, the average queue time of the patients, the average waiting time of the patients, the probability that the service desk is in an idle state, and the probability that the patient should wait after arriving at the hospital in the above aspects are counted, and then The operational indicators derive a reasonable number of service desks and simulate the optimal value of the sum of patient waiting costs and hospital service costs. Finally,in the service system of medical and health institutions in China, the idea and method of operation queuing theory are adopted, combined with the operational indicators of the hospital, and the state of hospital staff or medical equipment configuration is evaluated according to the results of parameter estimation. It can better optimize resource allocation, provide a scientific reference for hospitals to improve service efficiency and diagnostic efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction, and provide decision-making reference for making full use of limited medical resources.
