In recent years,China has been in a period of two-way transformation of building a well-off society in an all-round way and deepening reform and development.As an important component of deepening reforms,China’s medical and health undertakings are also in an active period of reform and innovation.At present,China’s medical industry is facing the trend of aging population,rapid growth of chronic diseases,implementation of comprehensive second-child policy,and the lack of total medical resources,unbalanced distribution of medical resources,weak primary medical service capabilities,and continuous doctor-patient relationship.Inflexible tension and other issues.With the rapid rise of mobile Internet technology,the country has gradually advocated the medical industry to use mobile Internet technology to optimize the medical industry structure and innovative medical service models.In particular,on April 28,2018,the National Health and Sanitation Committee joined forces with other departments."Opinions on Promoting the Development of " Internet Plus Medical Health "".Under the direction of the state policy,since 2014,mobile medical enterprise organizations have been emerging in the market.Mobile medical technology has gradually matured and stabilized.Medical institutions at all levels have gradually promoted the application of mobile medical technology.However,relative to the improvement and maturity of mobile medical policies and technologies,the current use of patients has a relatively low viscosity,and patients are mostly passively accepted for mobile medical treatment.The superiority of mobile medical technology does not significantly improve the patient experience.The patient’s acceptance of the mobile internet medical model is low.With the in-depth study of scholars,it has been found that mobile medical enterprises and medical organizations are currently starting from the hospital side,taking the opportunity of improving the efficiency of medical institutions as an opportunity to promote mobile medical technology,which is embodied in mobile rounds,electronic medical records,and hospital-wide PACS systems.Rarely from the perspective of the patient,to optimize the traditional model of medical treatment by investigating the patient’s perceived value of medical treatment.Therefore,the prerequisite for improving patient experience and improving patient satisfactionthrough mobile medical technology is to correctly understand the patient’s perceived value,to understand the effect of patient’s perceived value dimension and the influence of each dimension on patient satisfaction under the new medical model.On the basis of this degree,a new mode of medical care under mobile medical technology is constructed to achieve patient satisfaction and improve patient loyalty.Based on the above research background,this paper takes the theory of customer perceived value,patient perceived value theory,and patient satisfaction theory as the theoretical background.With the mobile medical environment as the research background,this paper discusses the patient’s perception value dimension composition in this context and finds it through data analysis.The degree of influence of each dimension on patient satisfaction.Based on a large number of relevant domestic and foreign literatures,the author of this article divides the perceived value of patients under the mobile medical environment into six dimensions: functional value,social value,emotional value,cost pay value,information resource value,and efficiency value.And through empirical analysis to verify it,the final optimization to the five dimensions are: functional value,social value,emotional value,cost pay value and resource efficiency value.The relationship between patient satisfaction and the dimensions of each dimension was further verified.The conclusion was reached:In the context of mobile medical care,there is a new value dimension of resource efficiency,and the five dimensions of patient perceived value significantly affect patient satisfaction.The research in this article will help promote the in-depth promotion of mobile medical technology to patients.From a microscopic perspective,the implementation of mobile medical technology on the premise of recognizing the perceived value of patients can significantly improve patient satisfaction and relieve the tension between doctors and patients.From the macroscopic point of view,it can improve the value of patients’ medical treatment and can actively promote the medical industry.Reform and innovation to optimize China’s medical industry resources.
