| In recent years,violent injuries to medical staff have occurred frequently,and the doctor-patient relationship has become a hot topic in social discussion,the physical and mental safety of medical staff has also been taken seriously by relevant government departments.In the face of the current complex doctor-patient relationship,how to improve the psychological security of medical staff,relieve the job burnout of medical staff has become a common concern of all sectors of society.In this study,independent variable is doctor-patient relationship perceived by medical staff and dependent variable is job burnout,and added psychological security and perceived organizational support to explore the present situation,characteristics and relations of these factors.In this study,536 doctors,nurses and medical technicians were surveyed by using the self-designed doctor-patient relationship perceived by medical staff questionnaire,security scale,perceived organizational support scale and job burnout scale with good reliability and validity.The results were as follow:(1)The self-compiled doctor-patient relationship perceived by medical staff questionnaire has good reliability and validity: On the basis of the existing doctor-patient relationship scale,this study formed basic dimension through further theoretical analysis and open questionnaire survey,conducted a preliminary survey on243 medical staff,and formed a doctor-patient relationship questionnaire with good reliability and validity perception by medical staff through item analysis and reliability and validity test,including 6 dimensions,namely doctor-patient trust,doctor-patient satisfaction,evaluation of medical ethics,emotional feedback,doctor-patient communication and doctor-patient empathy,with a total of 22 items.(2)The status of four variables show:(1)The average score of doctor-patient relationship perceived by medical staff was 3.89,which was generally above average,and there were significant differences in age,employment form,working years,class type,professional title,marital status,educational,job position and background.(2)The average score of psychological security was 3.48,which was generally above average,and there were significant differences in gender,marital status,age,employment form,professional title,class type,educational background,job position and working years.(3)The average score of perceived organizational support was 4.05,which was generally above average,and there were significant differences in marital status,age,job position,professional title,employment form,educational background,working years and.class type.(4)The average score of job burnout was 2.12,which was generally mild burnout level,and there were significant differences in marital status,age,job position,professional title,employment form,educational background,working years and.class type.(3)The relationship between four variables show:(1)The doctor-patient relationship perceived by medical staff was significantly positive correlated with perceived organizational support,psychological security,and negative correlated with job burnout;The psychological security of medical staff was significantly positive correlated with perceived organizational support,and negative correlated with job burnout;The perceived organizational support of medical staff has a significant negative correlation with job burnout.(2)The doctor-patient relationship perceived by medical staff,psychological security,perceived organizational support significantly negatively predicted the job burnout of medical staff.(3)Psychological security partially mediates the relationship between doctor-patient relationship perceived by medical staff and job burnout;Perceived organizational support positively moderates the mediating effect of psychological security between doctor-patient relationship perceived by medical staff and job burnout.In conclusion,the study has the following conclusions:(1)The self-designed questionnaire of doctor-patient relationship perceived by medical staff has good reliability and validity,and can be used to measure the doctor-patient relationship perceived by medical staff.(2)The medical staff who participated in this survey had mild job burnout.(3)The perceived doctor-patient relationship affected job burnout through psychological security,and the perceived organizational support could effectively enhance the prediction of perceived doctor-patient relationship to psychological security.(4)in the face of the complex doctor-patient relationship,starting from levels of medical staff and hospitals,the corresponding management measures and suggestions are put forward to alleviate the job burnout of medical staff. |
