For the purpose of implement of national policy of "Healthy China 2030",the National Health Commission launched the "Healthy China Initiative" in 2019,which is focusing on disease prevention,health promotion and promoting the transformation from treatment to health management.On the condition of the national health policy and the public health event of COVID-19,this study takes the WeChat official account of Shenzhen Health Commission(named "Shenxiaowei")as an example.Based on the technology acceptance model(TAM)and satisfaction(SAT)theory,the study discusses the influencing factors of users’ satisfaction with WeChat official account of medical government affairs under the post-epidemic situation using the perspective of users.605 questionnaires ware totally collected in this study.SPSS software is utilized to carry out analysis of the data results.The results indicate that the perceived usefulness(PU)and perceived entertainment(PE)of Shenxiaowei had a positive impact on the satisfaction(SAT).PU is the determining factor for greater willingness of using.The perception risk of COVID-19(PRC)is mediated the relationship between PU,PE and SAT.The research is trying to produce more better theoretical solutions and suggestions for the operation organization of the medical WeChat official account of medical government affairs,to promote the establishment and development of the theoretical system of WeChat official account of medical government affairs,and to make a good supplement and preparation for the improvement of the whole framework of the new media systematic theory of medical government affairs.From the perspective of social practice,it establishes a good government image of seeking the benefits for the masses,improves the public’s health literacy in receiving medical science knowledge and identifying false rumors,further facilitates the construction of "Healthy China 2030",guarantees social stability,and meets people’s expectations for a better life in the future. |
