Study On The Rule Of Syndrome And Treatment Of Hypertension And The Mining Experience Of Famous Veteran Doctor Of TCM

There are three parts in this study.The first topic talks about the literature review and modern understanding of hypertension syndrome.Then the study do a research on syndrome and treatment based on Guang’anmen Hospital of Chinese Academy of traditional Chinese medicine(hereinafter referred to as "Guang’anmen hospital").The third part is the research on the rule of the famous old Chinese medicine of Chinese academy of traditional Chinese medicine in the reatment of hypertension.Through the discussion on the syndrome factors,medication rule and the mechanism of the combination of core drugs,this paper analyzes the rule of drug administration and provides some reference for clinical treatment.ObjectiveBased on the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine and the integrated pharmacology platform,the thesis analyses the syndrome elements and medication rule of the prescription of hospitalized hypertension case in Guang’anmen hospital and well known senior CATCM doctors in recent 10 years,and predicts the mechanism of core drug combination in the treatment of hypertension,which could provide reference for the further guidance of the clinical treatment of hypertension.Methods1.This study includes 812 cases of high blood pressure medical records in Guang’anmen Hospital from 2007 to 2016,which are in line with the requirements.With the help of TCM inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5),using the method of association rules,improved mutual information entropy clustering,complex systems entropy clustering and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering,the syndrome elements,common single drugs,pairs of drugs,triangle drugs,association rules of drugs,combination of the core drugs and prescriptions newfound are analyzed.Based on the integrated pharmacology platform(V1.0),it predicts the mechanism of the core drug combination in the treatment of hypertension,and analyzes the medication rule of Guang’anmen Hospital in the treatment of hypertension.2.A total of 106 prescriptions are screened by collecting 20 books on the treatment of hypertension by 14 well known senior CATCM doctors.With the help of TCM inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5),using the method of association rules,improved mutual information entropy clustering,complex systems entropy clustering and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering,the syndrome elements,common single drugs,pairs of drugs,triangle drugs,association rules of drugs,combination of the core drugs and prescriptions newfound are analyzed.Based on the integrated pharmacology platform(V 1.0),it predicts the mechanism of the core drug combination in the treatment of hypertension,and the characteristics of the drugs used in the treatment of hypertension by the well known senior CATCM doctors are systematically summarized.Results1.It is found from the study of patients with hypertension in hospital that the main syndromes of hospitalized hypertension cases mainly included phlegm,blood stasis,yang hyperactivity and yin deficiency.The total number of 812 prescriptions is 307.The most commonly used herbal medicine are poria cocos,gastrodia elata,pinellia ternate,licorice root,rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae,uncaria,achyranthes bidentata,ligusticum chuanxiong,tangerine peel and angelica sinensis.The common pair of drugs are pinellia ternata-poria cocos,poria cocos-gastrodia and so on.The common triangle drugs is pinellia ternata-tuckahoe-gastrodia.Based on association rules,the core drug combination is pinellia ternata-rhizoma atractylodes-gastrodia elata-poria cocos-hohoo runus.Based on the unsupervised entropy level analysis,five new prescriptions for the treatment of hypertension are obtained.The commonly used drugs for phlegm syndrome are pinellia ternata,tuckahoe,gastrodia elata,atractylodes,pericarpium,etc.The common drugs for syndrome of yang hyperactivity are gastrodia elata,hooked rhys,achyranthes,poria,scutellaria,etc.The common drugs for syndrome of blood stasis were poria,angelica,ligusticum chuanxiong,achyranthes,salvia miltiorrhiza,etc.The common drugs for syndrome of yin deficiency are gastrodia elata,tuckahoe,rehmannia,achyranthes,ophiopogon,etc.The core of drug combination in the treatment of hypertension may be associated with the chemokine signaling pathway,nucleotide metabolism and thyroid hormone signaling,neurotrophin signaling pathway,T cell receptor signaling pathway,gonadotropin-releasing hormone signal transduction pathway and so on.2.1t is found from the study of medical records of well known senior CATCM doctors that the main syndromes of well known senior CATCM doctors cases mainly included yang hyperactivity,yin deficiency,blood stasis and sputum.There are 173 flavors of the 106 prescriptions that meet the requirements.The commonly used herbal medicine are gastrodia elata,hocho,chrysanthemum,achyranthes,scutellaria,pueraria,Ligusticum wallichii,eucommia ulmoides,rehmannia,salvia miltiorrhiza.The common pair of drugs are rhoo runus-gastrodia elata,chrysanthemum chrysanthemum and so on.the most common triangle drugs was Eucommia ulmoides-runus gutta-gastrodia elata.Based on association rules,the core drug combination is hooked rhyungh-achyranthes bidentata-chrysanthemum-tianma-eucommia ulmoides.Based on the unsupervised entropy level analysis,five new prescriptions for the treatment of hypertension are obtained.The commonly used drugs for phlegm syndrome are hooked runus,pinellia ternata,gastrodia elata,poria,atractylodes,etc.The common drugs for syndrome of yang hyperactivity are hooked rhyus,gastrodia elata,chrysanthemum,achyranthes,scutellaria etc.The common drugs for syndrome of blood stasis are ligusticum chuanxiong,hocho,tulip,achyranthes,salvia miltiorrhiza,etc.The common drugs for syndrome of yin deficiency are hooked rhya,chrysanthemum,achyranthes,eucommia ulmoides,and parasitic parasitic,etc.The core of drug combination in the treatment of hypertension may be related to energy metabolism,Toll like receptor signaling pathway and estrogen signaling pathway,oxidative phosphorylation,cell growth,and apoptosis of thyroid hormone signal pathway and so on.Conclusion1.It is found from the study of patients with hypertension in hospital that the main syndromes of hospitalized hypertension cases mainly included phlegm,blood stasis,yang hyperactivity and yin deficiency.The core drug combination is pinellia ternata-rhizoma atractylodes-gastrodia elata-poria cocos-hohoo runus and the cases were listed for support.The study shows the recessive rule of clinical medication,such as the use of blood circulation and blood stasis medicine.The core drug combination could be used to treat hypertension from multiple targets and multiple pathways,which might be associated with the chemokine signaling pathway,thyroid hormone signaling,neurotrophin signaling pathway,T cell receptor signaling pathway and so on.2.It is found from the study of well known senior CATCM doctors cases that the main syndromes of well known senior CATCM doctors cases mainly included yang hyperactivity,yin deficiency,blood stasis and sputum.The core drug combination is hooked rhyungh-achyranthes bidentata-chrysanthemum-tianma-eucommia ulmoides.The core drug combination could be used to treat hypertension from multiple targets and multiple pathways,which might be related to Toll like receptor signaling pathway,estrogen signaling pathway,thyroid hormone signal pathway and so on.
