Study On Traditional Chinese Medicine Master Lu Zhizheng’s Experience In The Treatment Of Hypertension,based On Date Mining

Objective:Deeply study the experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)master Lu Zhizheng in the treatment of hypertension,summarize and analyze the medication rule of Professor Lu in the treatment of hypertension,so as to provide a basis for the formation of hypertension diagnosis and treatment system and the subsequent implementation of relevant clinical trials.Methods:Part Ⅰ.General situation of clinical research and medication law of TCM in the treatment of hypertension in recent ten years.This section summarizes the epidemiology of hypertension and the treatment situation of TCM in China and uses the Scoping Review method to combine the quantitative data with the qualitative data to summarize the contents of TCM treatment,prescriptions and basic treatment of Western medicine.The statistical description method is used to summarize the extracted data qualitatively and quantitatively,and the statistical chart and statistical table are used to compare the statistical results of TCM treatment,intervention drugs and curative effect indicators.And use TCMICS 3.0 to analyze the medication law of the self-made prescription of TCM in the study.Part II.Professor Lu Zhizheng’s law of medication in the treatment of hypertension.Collect Professor Lu Zhizheng’s medical case prescriptions for the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension,establish a database,and use the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computer system 3.0(TCMICS 3.0)to make statistics on the frequency,Four Qi(四气),Five Wei(五味),meridian tropism and efficacy of the drugs in the prescription.Conduct association rules and cluster analysis on drugs,mine the core combination of prescriptions and display the network view.Part Ⅲ.Study on professor Lu Zhizheng’s experience in treating hypertension.Based on Professor Lu Zhizheng’s academic thought,the etiology and pathogenesis of hypertension were summarized,and the structures of professor Lu Zhizheng’s experience in treating hypertension were designed.Results:Part I.General situation of clinical research and medication law of TCM in the treatment of hypertension in recent ten years.In recent ten years,the research on the treatment of hypertension with traditional Chinese medicine has been in a hot queue.A total of 1365 relevant literature were retrieved in this study,and 168 literature were finally included after screening.Among them,143 documents mentioned specific governance methods,there are 70 articles involving liver;Kidney 59;Spleen 20;Heart 10.Expectorant 42;Dispelling dampness 21;regulating blood 73;Heat clearing 24;Fire clearing 10;Regulating Qi 32;Nourishing yin 45;In addition,there are other therapeutic methods,such as dredging collaterals,Calming the Wind,Tranquilizing mind,soothing liver-qi stagnation and so on.In the study,the efficacy indicators included consulting room blood pressure(100%),24-Hour Ambulatory Blood Pressure(28.43%),renal function related indicators such as urine protein,urine microalbumin,serum creatinine,etc.(12.69%),quality of life evaluation(7.61%),degree of arteriosclerosis including brachial artery,carotid ultrasound,etc.(9.14%in total),endothelial function related indicators such as ET-1,No,etc.(6.09%in total),blood lipids(6.09%)and so on.The results of the statistical analysis of TCM showed that the effects of Personal prescription(70.37%),Tian Ma Geou Teng Yin(天麻钩藤饮,6.4%),Chen Xiang Tian Ma Tang(沉香天麻汤,1.85%),Zhen Gan Xi Feng Tang(镇肝熄风汤,1.23%),etc.,and the results of Western medicine were Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors/Angiotensin receptor inhibitor(41.6%),Calcium channels blockers(51.96%),Beta-blockers(1.96%),and others(4.48%).The top five most frequent medicines were Gastrodia elata Blume(41.27%),Wuniu genu(41.27%),rhynchophylla(39.68%),alismatis Rhizoma(34.92%),Poria Cocos(34.13%),and the medicine rules were sweet(40.22%)>bitter(29.41%)>pungent(18.42%)>acid(6.70%)>salty(5.25%),and the drug resistance rules:cold(32.99%)>warmth(31.52%)>mild(25.05%)>coolness(9.33%)>heat(1.11%),and the medicines were ascribed to liver meridian(23.93%),spleen meridian(15.11%),and so on.The results of utilitarian statistics were tonifying deficiency(24.73%),heat-clearing class(14.32%),Calming the Liver and Suppressing the Hyperactive Yang class(12.27%),dampness-drainingdiuretic class(9.39%)and so on,Among the results of the association analysis with a degree of support>15,rhynchophyll Gastrodia elata Blume;Chuanxiong rhynchophyll huainiu knee;Chuanxiong Huangqi huainiu knee;Astragalus Chuanxiong and so on are the most basic drug pairs,and in the clustering analysis,the clustering results showed that Wuniu knee,alismatis Rhizoma,chuanxiong rhizome,Astragalus membranaceus,Poria cocos,and are grouped as the most core combinations,with 53 similar prescriptions.rhynchophyll,Gastrodia elata Blume,Scutellaria baicalensis,Wuniu genu,Eucommia ulmoides,chrysanthemum,cassia,Paeonia alba,Gardenia jasminoides,mulberry parasite,nocturna vine,Prunella vulgaris,Salvia miltiorrhiza,raw oysters,glans glans,Lycium barbarum,probiotic herb,radix rehmanniae,Glycyrrhizae Radix Glycyrrhizae,moutan peel were the most core combinations with 27 similar sides.Part Ⅱ.Study on Professor Lu Zhizheng’s law of medication and experience in treating hypertension.The analysis results of prescription medication law show that:The top five drugs were Pinellia ternata(48.2%),Gastrodia elata(47.3%),Poria Cocos(45.5%),Bombyx Batryticatus(42.9%)and raw oyster(36.6%);The distribution law of medicine flavor is sweet(34.37%)>bitter(31.77%)>pungent(23.14%)>sour(5.98%)>salty(4.73%).The law of medicine property is cold(31.43%)>mild(29.39%)>warmth(26.32%)>coolness(11.84%)>heat(1.02%).The most meridians are liver meridians(22.23%),followed by spleen meridians(17.83%),lung meridians(15.40%).In terms of efficacy,tonifying deficiency is the most(24.30%),followed by Calming the Liver and Suppressing the Hyperactive Yang(13.67%),exterior-releasing(12,27%),clearing heat(9.39%),dampness-drainingdiuretic(8.73%).The results of correlation analysis showed that raw keel-raw oyster;Dannanxing-Bombyx Batryticatus;Fried almond-fried Yiren is the most basic drug pair.Cluster analysis showed that Bombyx Batryticatus,Gastrodia elata,Poria cocos,raw oyster and raw keel were the most core combinations,and there were 86 similar prescriptions;The core combination I in the cluster is 27 similar formulas of Poria cocos,Paeonia alba,fried Atractylodes macrocephala,fried jujube kernel,stiff silkworm,raw oyster,raw keel and Gastrodia elata;The core combination II is 25 similar squares of mulberry parasitism,uncaria,Gastrodia elata,dannanxing,Bombyx mori.Scutellaria baicalensis,raw oyster and raw keel.The formula model was formed according to the core combination,common drug pairs and professor Lu Zhizheng’s prescription formulation experience,and Professor Lu Zhizheng determined the final formula composition and drug dose:Uncaria 18g,tuckahoe 20g,Gastrodia elata 12g,fried Atractylodes 12g,Atractylodes macrocephala 12g,roasted licorice 6g,mulberry parasitism 12g,etc.Professor Lu Zhizheng believes that deficiency of spleen and kidney is the core pathogenesis of hypertension,with dampness,phlegm,blood stasis and wind as its tip(标).The treatment is based on regulating the spleen and kidney,including Xian Tian Yang Hou Tian,Hou Tian Zhu Xian Tian(以后天养先天,以先天助后天);Yin Yang Hu Qiu,Xie Zhong Yu Bu(阴阳互求,泻中寓补);Bu Yun Jie He,Xing Er Bu Zhi(补运结合,行而不滞);Invigorating the spleen and kidney to restore self-regulation of the liver,which can be combined with comprehensive interventions such as acupuncture,tea formula,emotion regulation and exercise health preservation.Conclusions:The pathogenesis of hypertension is based on deficiency of the spleen and kidney,with dampness,phlegm,blood stasis,and wind as its tip(标).Treatment to regulate the spleen and kidney as the center,addressing both symptoms and roots,the application of Traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture,emotional therapy,exercise,and other comprehensive prevention and control.Its treatment and medication have characteristics,providing reference experience for the clinical treatment of hypertension-related diseases.
