Study On Clinical Experience Of Famous Veteran Practioner Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Liver Cirrhosis Based On Data Mining

Objective:By summarizing the medical records of famous veteran practioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine and using data mining technology,this paper will discuss the medication experience of famous senior Chinese medicine practitioners in treating liver cirrhosis,and explore more effective ways of treating liver cirrhosis with traditional Chinese medicine,so as to improve the clinical efficacy.Methods: Find the medical records of famous veteran practioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of liver cirrhosis,retain the medical records that meet the standards,and establish a preliminary medical record database.The patient’s four diagnosis data,Traditional Chinese Medicine disease names,dialectical classification,treatment methods and prescriptions are extracted from the medical records,and the extracted data are uniformly planned and processed and entered into the final database.This paper makes a systematic analysis by using the software of "Chinese Medicine inheritance Auxiliary platform V3.0",and makes statistics on the frequency of patients’ sex,age,symptoms,signs,name of Traditional Chinese Medicine disease,syndrome,treatment,and menstruation of medicine.Use the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform V3.0" software to conduct systematic analysis,and count the frequency of patients’ gender,age,symptoms,signs,Traditional Chinese Medicine disease names,syndromes,treatment methods,and four froperties,five tastes and channel distribution of herbal.In the data analysis system,clustering and association rule analysis are used to mine the network display of the results,discuss and analyze the research results based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and summarize the experience of famous veteran practioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine in treating liver cirrhosis.Results:(1)In this study,a total of 165 medical records were collected,and144 cases were finally selected,including 105 males(73%),36 females(25%),and 3(2%)with undocumented gender.There were 66 in the40-60-year-old group,followed by 28 in the ≥60-year-old group,and 47 in the ≤40-year-old group,and 4 in unrecorded age group.(2)Among the 144 medical records,the top 10 symptoms were abdominal distension,abdominal enlargement,fatigue,anorexia,hypochondriac pain,lower limb edema,oliguria,yellow urination,weight loss and sclera yellow staining.(3)A total of 10 tongue qualities appeared in this study,namely red tongue,dark red tongue,pale tongue,dull tongue,pale red tongue,dark tongue,dark purple tongue,purple tongue,fat tongue,pale purple tongue,and pale tongue;8 kinds of tongue-like furs were white and greasy,yellow and greasy,white,yellow,little,no,slippery and greasy;9 kinds of pulse phase were chord pulse,veinlet,sinking pulse,slippery pulse,number pulse,weak pulse,slow pulse,astringent pulse and moist.(4)Among the 144 medical cases,the syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency was the most common,followed by damp-heat internal accumulation syndrome,internal dampness syndrome,liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome,and blood stasis syndrome.(5)The core combination of prestigious physician of chinese medicine for the treatment of the disease is Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos,Salvia miltiorrhiza and Radix Astragali,and the most commonly compatible drugs are Yinchen,alisma,Codonopsis pilosula,Bupleurum,Biejia,Yujin,Angelica sinensis,Radix Paeoniae Rubra and abdominal skin.According to the statistics of five flavors,the order of frequency from high to low is bitter,sweet,pungent,salty and sour.According to the statistics of the four qi,the frequency from high to low is cold,cool,flat,warm and hot.According to the statistics,the frequency from high to low is lung,large intestine,heart,small intestine,pericardium,Sanjiao,spleen,stomach,liver,gallbladder,kidney and bladder.According to the statistics of drug efficacy,the frequency from high to low is deficiency,diuresis and dampness,heat-clearing,qi-regulating,hemostasis,digestion,table-relieving,dampness-relieving and wind-dampness-dispelling.(6)Through drug clustering,9 new prescriptions were combined.the first three were wormwood,Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria,Polyporus umbellata,alisma,abdominal peel,tangerine peel,red peony,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Zelan,Herba Euphorbiae,dandelion,Hedyotis diffusa,Polygonum cuspidatum and Radix Astragali.Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Bupleuri,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Yujin,Rhizoma Corydalis,Radix Codonopsis,Atractylodes macrocephala,Radix Astragali,Radix Amomi,licorice.Conclusion:Famous veteran practioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine believed that the process of liver cirrhosis pathogenesis was centered on the liver,spleen,and kidney.Its pathogenic nature is often unreal inclusion with chills and fever.The basic disease mechanism is deficiency of spleen,qi stagnation,stasis,dampness and turbid toxins.Treatment is approached therapeutically by a combination of evidence and varies from person to person,often by both attack and attack,therapeutically by more and less attack during stable disease,and therapeutically by more and less attack during progressive disease,often dominated by evil bloom.On the medication,invigorating spleen is mostly used by Atractylodes Atractylodes macrocephala and poria cocos,invigorating blood is mostly used by Salvia miltiorrhiza,Angelica sinensis,radix paeoniae rubra,soft Jian San knot is mostly used by T.hirsutum,Radix Codonopsis pilosula and Radix Astragali,rehydrating dampness is mostly used by Radix alismatis,Poria cocos,clearing dampness heat is mostly used by Yinchen and depression,and Qi is mostly used by Chaihu and Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata,but some doctors believe that Chaihu scacks.
