Purpose:by observing the solid gold anti-allergic decoction of the clinical curative effect,safety and feasibility of infantile anaphylactic cough,for the treatment of infantile anaphylactic cough provides a new feasible way of thinking,in order to further research and development to lay a good foundation.Methods:meet the conditions for in 60 cases of children with infantile anaphylactic cough were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group 30 cases,treatment group:oral solid gold anti-allergic soup base,Chinese medicine yinpian,water decoction,3 times/day(in the middle according to the clinical symptoms).Control group:munustra sodium chewable tablets(cilnin)oral,specification:5mg/4mg per box,1 times/day.The two groups were treated with seven days of treatment and four sessions.Observe the changes before and after treatment.Results:through analyzing the test results and the concrete data,treatment group 30 cases,total for 2 cases were cured,for 11 cases were markedly effective,effective for 13 cases,ineffective in 4 cases,total effective rate was 86.67%,the control group,30 cases of total cure of 0 cases,for 5 cases were markedly effective,effective for 19 cases,invalid for 6 cases.The total effective rate was 80.00%after rank sum test P>0.05.It was suggested that there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.It has certain advantages in improving partial signs of the disease.Conclusion:it is safe and feasible to treat allergic cough in children.
