Observation On The Effect Of Sun’s Sequential Therapy Of Traditional Chinese Combined With Heat-sensitive Moxibustion On Allergic Rhinitis In Children

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Sun ’ s Sequential Therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of allergic rhinitis of Lung-qi Deficiency-cold Syndrome in children,and analyze ‘the four-point’symptoms score,visual analogue scale(VAS),quality of life score,clinical efficacy evaluation and other indicators of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.To find a simple and acceptable treatment plan for allergic rhinitis in children,and to provide a new idea for clinical workers in the treatment of children allergic rhinitis.Methods: This research use of the way of random allocation and single-blind method to divide the collected data of 70 children with allergic rhinitis into two groups.35 cases in the control group,1 case lost(lost to follow-up);there were 35 cases in the treatment group without shedding.The control group was treated with Wenbi Tongqiao Decoction.The treatment group was treated with Sun’s Sequential Therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion.Once a day,7 times as a course of treatment,continuous treatment for 3courses.Statistics of the "four points" symptom score,visual analogue scale of symptoms(VAS)score and quality of life score(RQLQ)score of the two groups of patients before treatment,one week after treatment,two weeks after treatment and one week after the end of treatment were made in order to objectively evaluate the curative effect of Sun’s Sequential Therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion on children allergic rhinitis.Rresults:(1)comparison of the total effective rate: there was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group(94.29%)and the control group(76.67%)(P < 0.05),indicating that Sun ’ s Sequential Therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Heat-sensitive moxibustion has a better effect on allergic rhinitis in children.(2)Comparison of symptom scores:comparison between groups:‘the four-point’symptom score,VAS score were lower in the two groups before treatment,1 week,2 weeks after treatment and 1 week after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the two methods of treatment of allergic rhinitis in children have a better effect;intergroup comparison:at the two time points after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,the symptom score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(3)Comparison of RQLQ:RQLQ score were lower in the two groups before treatment,1 week,2 weeks after treatment and 1 week after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the two methods of treatment of allergic rhinitis in children have a better effect;intergroup comparison:at the two time points after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,the symptom score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(4)Comparison of relapse: 1 week after the end of treatment,the symptom score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,P <0.05,It shows that Wen Bi Tong Qiao Decoction can still play a certain therapeutic effect after drug withdrawal,and Sun’s Sequential Therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion treatment of allergic rhinitis in children is easy to relapse after drug suspension..(5)No adverse events occurred during the whole study period.Conclusion:(1)Sun’s Sequential Therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion and Wenbi Tongqiao Decoction in treating allergic rhinitis in children were both effective treatments,but the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(2)Sun ’s Sequential Therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion takes effect quickly,can quickly relieve the symptoms of children,and the short-term effect is better than the control group.(3)Oral Wenbi Tongqiao Decoction can still exert certain curative effect after stopping medication by regulating the whole body.(4)SST of traditional Chinese medicine combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children is safe and effective,and without taking medicine,it is easy to be accepted by children and parents,so it is convenient to be popularized and applied in clinic.
