Study On The Rule Of Medicine For The Treatment Of Lower Back Pain By Professor Liu Bailing,a Master Of National Medicine Based On Data Mining

Purpose: To summarize and discuss the clinical medication rule and academic thought of Professor Liu Bailing in the treatment of lower back pain.Method: 100 cases of special treatment for lumbago were selected and recorded by Professor Liu Bailing,a Chinese medicine master,and a database of medication was established.Frequency statistics,cluster analysis and association rule analysis were applied to data mining of compatibility rules of Liu Lao on the basis of "lower back pain 1" formula.Result: Drug use frequency is more than 10% in the database there are 15 kinds of epimedium,notopterygium,high frequency medicine for the treatment of low back pain;high frequency drugs can be divided into four categories through cluster analysis.The first category is: Morinda officinalis,Cistanche,angelica,notopterygium,Herba Paederiae and 6kinds of drugs;second: Loranthaceae,cinnamon and zhifuzi 3 drugs;third category: papaya,coix seed,Liu Jinu and Xu Changqing 4 drugs;fourth to 2 drugs and centipede worm wood louse through the analysis of association rules;the two kinds of commonly used drugs such as epimedium and Morinda,notopterygium and Angelica;three kinds of drugs related to Morinda officinalis,Herba Epimedii,centipede,cinnamon and notopterygium and Radix Aconiti;four kinds of drugs for chicken Association Yato,angelica,notopterygium and epimedium,cinnamon,aconite,epimedium and morinda.Conclusion: Liu Lao's theory of Qi and blood is the key to lumbago.The academic context of the theory of "kidney dominating" is clearly visible.The results of cluster analysis and association rules objectively reveal the clinical medication characteristics and prescription rules of Liu Lao.
