Study On Mechanism Of Medication And Prescriptions For The Treatment Of Periarthritis Of Shoulder By Professor Liu Bailing,a Master Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: Periarthritis has a long disease cycle,is prone to recurrent attacks,and has a significant impact on the quality of life of patients.In this study,we analyzed the medication pattern of Professor Liu Bailing,a master of Chinese medicine,in the treatment of periarthritis,and summarized and promoted the characteristics and strengths of Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease,which is of great clinical significance for the treatment and prevention of periarthritis.Methods: In this study,we collected cases and prescriptions of Professor Liu Bo-ling for the treatment of frozen shoulder from March 2011 to November 2021,and used data mining methods to analyze the characteristics of the patient group and the frequency of use and drug pairing combination in TCM prescriptions with the help of the "TCM Heritage Assist Platform(V2.5)" software.The data were used to analyze the characteristics of the patient group,the frequency of use in TCM prescriptions and the possible influence of the combination of drugs on the overall direction of treatment,and to explore the experience of Professor Liu Bo-ling,a master of Chinese medicine,in the treatment of patients with frozen shoulder and the pattern of prescriptions.Results: After analyzing the basic personal information of 51 patients,it was concluded that most of the patients with this disease were in the age range of 50-69 years old.After counting the prescriptions prescribed by Liu,there were a total of 61 herbal medicines,among which Jianghuang,Guizhi,and Shenjincao were common in the prescriptions;among the four qi,warming medicines accounted for the most in the prescriptions;among the five tastes,bitter,pungent,and sweet were common;in terms of drug attribution,most medicines entered the liver and spleen meridians.After correlation analysis,four groups of drug pairs with the highest frequency were summarized,including Yanhusuo-Jianghuang and Jianghuang-Shenjincao.Six groups of core drug combinations were summarized and two groups of potential new prescriptions were explored through cluster analysis by complex system entropy clustering algorithm.Conclusion: After completing the analysis of the data,it was concluded that Professor Liu Bailing mostly uses warm medicines to treat frozen shoulder,with bitter diarrhea,pungent dispersion,and sweet and slow taste;the disease is mostly between the tendons and bones,so when the statistics are done,the medicines are mostly classified into the liver and spleen meridians to soothe the tendons and relieve pain.
