Clinical Observation Of Baihe Gujin Decoction And Shengmai Powder In The Treatment Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease With Lung-kidney Qi-yin Deficiency Syndrome

Purpose:To observe the efficacy and safety of Basic western medicine treatment combined with Baihe Gujin Decoction combined with Shengmai Powder in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive lung and kidney deficiency of Qi and Yin in the stable stage,and to provide more options for the treatment of this disease by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Patients diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with deficiency of Qi and Yin in lung and kidney during stable phase were selected from the respiratory department outpatient department of our hospital on October 19-October 2020.10.According to the standard of sodium discharge,119 cases were selected,including 41 cases in the control group and 78 cases in the treatment group.Control group basic western medicine treatment;The treatment group was additionally treated with Baihe Gujin Decoction and Heshengmai Powder,100 ml each time,3 times a day,for a course of 12 weeks.TCM syndrome score,CAT and MMRC score,FEV1%pred,FEV1/FVC%,blood gas analysis,safety indexes were measured and recorded before and after treatment.The database was established with Excel,and the data was analyzed with SPSS 24.0.Results:1.There were no significant differences in age,sex,course of disease,disease(degree of airflow limitation)and smoking history between the two groups(P>0.05)..2.The syndrome scores of the treatment group and the control group were lower than before,and the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.01)..3.The effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.01).4.CAT and MMRC scores in treatment group and control group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).The treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.01).5.FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the control group increased compared with before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.01)..6.Pa O2 and Sa O2 in the control group increased compared with before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.01)..Conclusion:1.Basic western medicine treatment combined with Baihe Gujin Decoction and Shengmai San helps to improve the clinical symptoms of patients with lung and kidney Yin deficiency in stable COPD(TCM syndrome score).2.Basic Western Medicine Treatment Combined with Baihe Gujin Decoction and Shengmaisan can alleviate the degree of dyspnea in patients with lung and kidney Yin deficiency in stable COPD(CAT and MMRC scores).3.Basic western medicine treatment combined with Baihe Gujin Decoction and Shengmai San helps to improve the pulmonary ventilation function(lung function)of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable phase.4.Basic western medicine treatment combined with Baihe Gujin Decoction and Shengmai Powder helps to correct hypoxemia in patients with lung and kidney Yin deficiency in stable COPD(blood gas analysis).
